you'll have to take the old ones off or you wont be able to attach them. I have seen the aftermarket ones trimmed right down and bonded to the oem ones to ensure a decent fit before though.

No tyres. Run on rims. Like uber low profile but hardcore! The minimum amount of tyre levers being scraped on your lovely refurbished wheels possible is probably best. I'd replace and bin the old ones if they're perished. Oh and stop using tyre dressing with silicone in it!
