Anyone watching or intetested? Cant say I want to watch everything, but a few things I would enjoy, just a shame the BBC dont list a full event showing.

Some good comments above, a change in direction is as much as a reason as "upgrading", i went from an rx7 with 500hp to a 350, it was painfully slow and cheaper in comparison but in many other ways it was far far superior to the Rx7 even though it cost less, so i wouldnt say it was an "upgrade" but it was a better car for me at the time. If the op has lost the love, not a lot will bring it back and often having something else is the only thing that will, i tried loads of other cars when i was into Rx7's when i lost the love, v8 soarer, mx5 bbr turbo, evo4 but always went back to rx7's, until i got a 350 and never looked back, until i wanted a change recently. Unless the op has thrown huge amounts of cash into it and i dont mean a set of wheels and a bumper, whats the worse than can happen, they are hardly rare or desirable to the point you just couldnt go out and buy another and as long as you buy and sell at the right price, you probably wouldnt even loose any money

From a personal prospective around my way even if I get out of town to the countryside which is 15 mins away, its still packed, tractors, horse boxes, caravans, lorries and just about anything else that slows the roads up. Absolutely sympathise, the roads are boring for the reasons you mention and many others. The problem is, the roads are only going to get worse and in reality they are not there for fun. The only answers i have come to are, go out really early where you can enjoy a drive without the above, within reason, or get the car out on track.

Dont waste your money on spacers buddy, put it towards some track wheels and tyres. Incidentally, have you had any alignment done?

I appreciate the shipping costs may be high from the UK, but an abs oem bumper is very unlikely to be damaged (will be insured anyway), would be cheap to buy 2nd hand too and may end up costing you less in the long run than getting a replica made to fit, good luck in your search.

Usually when things are cheap there is a reason and think Payco is just suggesting that you "may" find that out the hard way and just voicing a concern. There is also nothing wrong with frp as at least it can be shaped, whilst you may have the flex on abs, if the shape is out, there is no way you can shave or add. On the flip side, I have also had experience with RT and wasnt impressed with the fit, they themselves allow two days to fit and paint, which tells you all you need to know imho. If your looking oem style, i would just go 2nd oem and your 100% fitment guaranteed

The op is already running a 275 on a 11j, it was my old car and didnt think it was "stretched", it sat quite nicely, but it may be why he is asking. I bought the rim in a 11j so to get a little stretch, if a square profile is whats wanted i would just get a 10 or 10.5j rather than fit over sized tyres.

I am with Kyle buddy, why would you want to deviate from whats on there which is the std increase, anything more and it will be over tyred imho and not really offer any improvements, probably ill affects to ride and handling. Do you feel you are lacking traction etc?

A free for all on british motorways, some people cant even sit in the right lane, let alone be trusted to deal with other cars approaching at twice their speed . I fully agree speed doesnt kill though, I would like to see something more like variable limits put in place, probably time of day related. It would be great to think, I have a journey to make and if I leave at a certain time I can travel at "x", would certainly spread the volume of traffic imho.

Insurance companies are only furnished with the info a customer gives them in the first instance, those immigrants you speak of must be thick as f*ck to even bother with insurance as its invalid if they have lied and personally if you know of these types of people, i would be shopping them without a moments thought.

Agreed, but I guess its one persons interpretation of what punishment to give out, not saying thats right or wrong by the way, but why not make it easy and have a sentence that doesnt allow for any interpretation, zero tolerance

I had two clutches in two zeds, both different makes and both had very low bite points from new, i think its just nature of the beast, dont ask me why though. They both seemed to raise a bit after a few hundred miles though.
