  1. I was running 3" (single) on my Rx7 as they were easy to get at 450hp, i would have seen better results with 3.5" or 4" on spool up and should have netted some more bhp. Over 400 bhp 3.5" should be a minimum, unless of course your talking dual where 3" should be fine
  2. I have a V2 helmet and very pleased with it http://www.v2sport.com/ Its not the lightest but meets requirements.
  3. What sort of overall diameter are you turbo boys using?

Good skills... just shows how long I've been out of the game. The last time I was single no one my age was married! I like to consider myself professionally single, lol. The ring finger is within the 3 first boxes checked

I used to get a fair bit of interest with varying Rx7's i had over the years, but mainly from dudes After a quick wash went to get some fuel and a very nice milf was coming out the garage and gave a pout and a corrr type look. I climbed out as she was loading up her Porsche Cayenne Turbo and she enquired where my front plate was, lol, and then proceeded to tell me what a good looking car it was and thought it was stunning. Not only was she a milf but she (read hubby) owned a Cayenne Turbo probably a £100k more than my old 350z
  7. +1, but something decent like House of Kolor Kandy apple red

    HKS Copies

Looking for a dual exhaust and liked the HKS exhaust, as it seems there are only copies around (unless i am extremely patient) so i looked into them. Seems like Japspeed have a bad rep, but noticed a company called TopGear selling them. I bought a custom exhaust from TopGear Stockport for my Rx7, it was very impressive. I contacted TopGear via ebay (main office) and asked if the one listed was a generic clone also sold by Japspeed. They were quite honest and said, they are supplied by a company called CPZ who also supply Japspeed, so, reading between the lines, yes it is the same. However, they are offering a lifetime warranty and guaranteed fitment which is another problem i have seen associated with Japspeed. Thoughts please gents, does anyone have one of these said exhaust, Japspeed or TopGear and how have you found it?

Hi guys and girls. Is there any way to tell if my recent purchase has already been mapped? A buddy of mine came to check the car out as is he familiar with Zeds and he made particular note of it feeling more punchy that most he had driven. Thanks in advance
  16. Always best with ebay to contact the seller and see if they have a price in mind. I have had people get quite chewy when i have ended auctions early, even though it says in the advert, advertised elsewhere so auction may end early. If i see something i want/like will see what price they have in mind and if its good i will buy.
  17. Wow there are some figures being bounded around here. Full colour respray on a normal size car (350) in base and clear would be £2k for a top quality job. You could get it done for £1k if you went 2 pack, both excluding engine bay but does include door and boor shuts. I have had quite a few cars, bikes and jet skis sprayed, the guy who does it has had many a magazine featured car so is no mug. The only benefit i can see to wrap is being able to remove if you are wanting a mad colour and worried about its resale. Bounty Bar Kid, why dont you have to tell dvla of the colour change if its wrap??
  18. Just polished. 3 coats of poor boys wheel sealant and a coat of jet seal 109 over that.
  19. I was enjoying the first decent drive since ownership Some time in the or a zed shed will be on the menu as there are a few little things i want to do for now
  20. Ginger Zed yesterday, looked like a V2 Nismo front, is Buster from the Poole/Bournemouth area? Azure blue heading off the civic centre up to the Shah of Persia today
  21. Pleased they didnt sell now
  22. Photos below, as mentioned above its difficult to get a true representation of the colour, on the front wheel photo you can see the purple being quite light on the spokes, when the sun is on them thats the best representation, they really come alive being a kandy. Very pleased, subtle enough and not too in your face, but bright enough to be different
  23. There is a guide here: http://my350z.com/forum/audio-video-and-electronics-diy/548121-diy-06-base-with-cruise-control-using-uprev-oem-parts.html What is different about the switches Mark?
  24. I will take them buddy, pm your details, paypal etc
  25. +1 for Poor Boys wheel sealant if you have polished lips/wheels, add a couple of coats of jetseal 109 over the top and its wash and dry like the rest of the car
