  1. I like coloured wheels, but, think you need some dish and a silver/polished lip to really pull it off
  2. I will take them buddy, pm me the payment details.
  3. I have a few very wealthy buddies, i am on the bottom rung compared to them, list of their cars include AMG SLS Convertible, 911GTS 4, C63 AMG Coupe, GTR...it goes on and too be truthful, apart from their value, i wouldnt want one of them and my £6k Zed gets just as much attention if we are out and about, more so than some of them to be fair. If i decided to chuck a few grand at a supercharger, it would also be at least as quick as most of them. I know its all personally taste but the only car i really crave is a Gallardo if i was being realistic, sure if i had silly money would love a Murcielago or Zonda but not often you see those about.
  4. Can help in mm but i think its either 13 x 7 or 13 x 9 inches
  5. I think he meant 2.5" on a dual pipe set up buddy
  6. Presuming they are the right profile etc
  7. Yes sorry your right, there are two different variants, there is a post somewhere else about it, something to do with clearing the UK cooling fins on the diff. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/46211-hks-full-dual-will-this-fit/
  8. Well its an HKS, the code is right on the Jasma Plate, maybe its because its the bottom side in the photo, will get a better one up
  9. HKS do make different models http://www.nengun.com/hks/full-dual
  10. Finally got the exhaust home to me and it is a HKS, chuffed to bits
  11. If you have a jdm car and trying to figure out what make exhaust you have from the Jasma plate, this might help: Sometimes you also get Jasma followed by Ro or Sr, Ro is Race Only and Sr (i think) is Street Regulation Anyway, the codes below, maybe a sticky? 001 Rattan šâ engineering and research industry Inc. 12. Are those advertised prices or sold prices? I would say the only car on that list worth anything near those prices is the Supra, they are about the only jdm car that seems to be holding their value, don't ask me why though! You could find all those far cheaper. The drift market is awful, thet want cheap tat on the most part, they certainly won't pay top dollar for cars as they know they will just beat the snot out of them, they certainly don't drive prices up. Insurance, personally I think its a myth it costs more to insure an import, just some companies load the policy, look around and prices will be the same as a uk car.
  13. Really easy decision to leave 7s for me, I had a car with a blown water seal that was worth more than a running car!!! Lol, go figure! Also been talking to Brian since Xmas about the average owner these days, how can I politely put it....... which maccy d's we meeting at tonight innit, probably describes it well.
  14. He's supposed to be spending his RX7 money on his extension materials, Im sure he'll end up buying another car though!! You finished up with the RX7's now? I still miss my old blue one and especially the speed, the 350's are a slow old boat compared to the single turbo'd 7's but it's nice to be able to jump into something that'll get you there :-) Yes buddy, we keep chatting cars but extension is on the top of his list, then i get a call out the blue, seen this really nice 350z, lol. Yep, out of 7's and glad of it, the scene is tragic as i am sure Mark has said and probably a lot more honestly than could be said on a public forum. The 350z doesnt match up in the speed department but the what does to a 450+hp car weighing 1200kgs, unless you have hypercar money. The 350z ticks every box though and it does it all very well, i am loving it, i will go the supercharger route one day and then i think it will more than capable
  15. He had a couple of fastest laps at the start but then his pace settled. Marquez was constantly a second or more quicker than front runners every lap once he got used to things, remarkable talent.
  16. Hope everyone caught LeMans, best race for years, even if it was due the rain. Cant quite believe Marquez was lapping at least a second or more a lap faster than everyone, that boy has some serious skills, never riden a MotoGp bike in the wet, 11 laps to learn and then catching the front riders hand over fist Highlight for me though was Cal getting 2nd, just goes to show he should be on the works Yamaha rather than Rossi, especially after being smacked up in free practice and if he carries on like this i reckon he will get that works bike next year!
  17. Sell it to Mark Harris Dave, he is itching to spend some money now he has rid of the the 7
  18. Thanks buddy, cheap as chips
  19. I know its an absolute pain in the neck buddy, but if you like the design of this could you not use it as a template and get one made up with 2.5" or 3" pipework, new boxes (jetex, longlife, magnaflow etc for example) and sell this one on. At least that way you get exactly what you want! I was thinking this but im still 500 out of pocket and a week delay on the car now.. so ive s*** out both ways I wouldnt say that as you can always sell it on, no need to cut it up, just use as a template for someone to make up your new exhaust. I am not sure where you are, but if there is a Longlife dealer/supplier near you, just take it to them, tell them what size pipe/boxes you want and they will replicate it. I had a custom exhaust made by Top Gear Stockport and it was a work of art with lifetime warranty

  21. It isnt that simple i am afraid buddy, 2 x 2" doesnt add up to the same flow rate as a single 4", its all to do with pie r squared. You would need what Ash wanted, 2 x 2.5" to roughly get the same flow rate as a single 4" exhaust, even then its a shade under.
  22. I do not know what JDM is... This is my first 350z. An import, Japanese Domestic Market Ah, I think that it is a UK model and it was certainly sold to me as such. How do I check this, though, please? See if the date of first registration on the V5 matches first registered in the UK.
