Mmmm, not so sure on the two tone, but in a solid colour i think it would look fantastic, i have a hankering to see that in full gold too But £800k or whatever it works out, not a chance. i wonder if this is the shape of things to come with the R36?

I was always happy with a 275/235 combo, never suffered with understeer or lack of traction on the rear (inc track work) and that was on a v3 supercharged, personally i think thats over tyred and doesnt really offer any additional benefit, some dedicated track users like 245/255 on the front, so i would be looking at 275 rear and 245/255 front, but as davey says you will end up with a bit of a stretch on the front, but nothing severe

If you going to try and have a pop, at least be accurate, i said they need to score in open play, set pieces are open play, they did score in open play and they won

Fair comment, but the question was about the environmentalists agenda, not the government.
-
I went from Japanese to Italian and back to Japanese, i wasnt disappointed with any change, its just a different ride, much like a a say vtech with all the power high up to a vq with grunt from low down. Mmmm, yes, my Zx9R spat my off which resulted in a shattered talus, double compound fracture and a foot 130 degrees out of position I am afraid i couldnt look much past a blade, maybe not the fastest or if you wanted something a little off beat a Mv off sorts
-
So how come the environmentalists arent all over air travel, or are they?

After seeing Chris Harris try to drive the 718 Cayman in a way to meet the emissions figures quoted its all a bit of a joke anyway imho, look i know its not good (emissions etc) but at least make the targets do able and then all these manufacturers wouldnt have to cheat or falsify data! Yet still no one seems interested (governments etc) in whats going on in the sky above with plane emissions

Answered in your duplicate thread.

Plenty of guys track their zeds, surprised you couldnt find anything, but to answer your questions. The zed is a very capable track car, a little heavy, but good none the less. I would get yourself a set of 18" Rays, light and cheap. Tyres i would go for a semi slick like Nankang NS2R or Federal 595 RSR, they will easily last a couple of seasons of track days, unless your doing loads., if you are a novice to track days i dont think you find much advantage to using toyo r888r's or nankang ar1's for the price difference. At the very least i would upgrade the brakes, pads, lines and fluid and with the tyres above you are good to go, making sure of course you have made sure all fluids and general car health is good. Next on the list would be some coilovers, arbs and thats about as good as you will get without spending a considerable amount more and then at that point, if the bug has taken hold, i would get something far more suited to pounding round the track.

I would imagine the clutch and fly would have been done with the replacement engine, at least you would hope, set of kw's and the jobs a carrot, when you think people are buying and selling 370z nismos for not much less......
-
A good colour combo, but sorry, needs a really decent wheel design to pull it off, nothing wrong with 370z alloys, but wrong design to pull off a bold colour imho! I concur with Payco, shadow chrome would look good

Are there no decent indies near you or are we talking new ?

R8's are coming down dude, couldnt pick one up for under £40k 6-8 months ago now quite a few at £35k, over 10% is a fair drop in a few months and thats replicated in gtr's Seems you can pick up a 350 for under £5k now when not so long ago it was just the odd dog at anything under that. I have never really checked VXT but did see a vxr sell for £18k recently, needed a little tidying but a sound car and 2.2's are dipping. I know its big miles, but shouldnt really be a concern on an Audi, but thats a lot of car for £30k with relatively new engine! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-R8-4-2-quattro/163041467366?hash=item25f6075be6:g:lgQAAOSw7I5a9Yij

Congratulations, you have won a prize

After a thread the other day re opinions on a "whats it worth" 350z thread i was surprised to see they have taken quite a hit of late, a similar thread on the vx220 forum re values and after having my eye on gtr's over the last 6-8 months they are the same, i had a brief look at cars up to £75k on pistonheads last night and also seems a fair few cars that seemed very stable on price are also coming down. So whats the general thoughts, is this happening across the board and a sign of things to come, or just simple age vs depreciation? Whos going to be first to say Brexit, with little thought as to why property is booming

So who would everyone prefer, Russia or Croatia?
-
Possibly selling...not 100%! What's the value?
Jetpilot replied to iwanprice12's topic in 350Z General
Try an advanced search on ebay to see what has actually sold not just advertised prices, it might give you some guide price and also depends whether you want a quick sale of possibly hang around for top money -
Winning one out of 8 in competition against Sweden, i admire your optimism, i dont think the Swedes will be any less hard to beat than Columbia, its fair comment nothing is given for style, i am not asking them to be stylish, i am suggesting they need to score in open play (against decent opposition) to be in with a chance and then Croatia or Russia, neither would be easy. I agree with most though, its probably the best chance they have had for a long time and its by far the best team than we have had for a long time, but, we arent going to beat any of the next opponents relying on getting penalties, we need to score in open play. I really hope i get to eat my words and they go on, but lets not blow sm*ke up their a****, they need to perform better as nothing is given in a penalty shoot out!
-
Mmmmm, not exactly sure the great Eric or kung fu Eric is one to comment on the etiquette of the game They still didnt manage to score a goal in open play and conceded, no matter how well their tactics fared or how hard they worked it is a side they should have been able to beat in open play imho, you can recognise their tactics and work effort as much as you want, they will face much better than Colombia so they will have to improve or do a Russia, defend like their lives depended on it and go pot luck on penalties.
-
Sorry to be negative, but if our best side cant score against Columbia except from the penalty spot, i dont hold out too much hope. Impressive on the penalty shoot out for such young fellas
-
Saw the best and worse of football today, i wish they could stamp out this play acting, its a disgrace and cannot believe the players arent embarrassed by it

Yeah i wasnt that smitten until i went to MacLaren knightsbridge with a mate and it was on a turntable, truly stunning in the flesh, just about every angle looked stunning, my mate has a 458 Spider and we also parked next to one in the underground car park, i have to be honest, it made the 458 look pretty average imho.

Havent watched much of it, but just caught the end of the France/Argentina game, France looked pretty impressive to me, watched a bit of England but sorry to say when presented with a decent team, they wont fair well, but hope for different

Jetpilot replied to davey_83's topic in Local Meets Across The UK
Tried to sort a kart day down south, proved difficult to get the numbers, best of luck mate, if i was up north i would make it -
Fair enough, its just always from links you post you thoughts. So have you ever thought you dont like something on a link and had a change of opinion when seeing in the flesh?
