  1. http://www.silverwheelsltd.co.uk/available-colours/nggallery/page/1 Check out the candy blue
  2. A candy blue would look awesome, depends on how bold you are
  3. As per Cascade, keep your eye on Amazon, better to buy the original, Rt allow and quote for 2 days to fit theirs, so make sure you allow for that in your budget if you go down the replica route.
  4. Whilst I am most definitely in favour of colours, but I dont think anything works as well on a sunset as plain old silver. Unless you want to go wild of course.
  5. No one is saying you cant afford it, but spending a couple of hundred extra on insurance is nothing to buying a car twice your income. What happens if you loose your job after a year or two, you wont be able to make the payments, you will have a car worth less than the settlement figure, sure fire way to getting in debt and bad credit rating very very quickly, so mum and dads is where you might be for a very long time. I am not saying a v6 does sound better than a v8, but have you heard any 350, in the flesh, with a decent exhaust?

  7. I never have owned a new car but did own a new bike, Kawasaki ZX7R, but at £7.5k it didnt seem too bad
  8. A few wealthy mates have done scarey amounts on cars and even though they can afford it, it still smarts, £30k on a R8 with 1500 miles on the clock, £40k on a bentley flying spur and that was 2nd hand, £20k on a Boxster to highlight a few.
  9. Do you often refer to yourself in the third person Do you get it for a steal ; )

I have to be honest, with the price of the offer, thats where my money would go right now.
  11. Dan's fault for writing something sensible for a change it's thrown us all out of kilter I know, two likes on one thread, someone must have got lucky last night or this morning
  12. Pre99 can look awesome std too, as you say, lowered with some decent alloys and an oem front lip. They actually look better without a spoiler, but the one i had suited the car, but it was Mazdaspeed, so no real different to Nismo.
  13. Yes std, just the later 99 spec bumper and lip. The pre99 as you posted also had an oem lip option which improves the front no end
  14. The rocketbunny Rx7 is a total abortion (rear arches mainly) and looks like its been poorly adapted, hence why i think a little variation from the theme would be a good thing for them, some things can work universally (their front bumper design), others look they are designed for a different car and thats where rb falls down imho.
  15. When i got into Rx7's everyone was swapping out bumpers for aftermarket (mainly front) left right and centre, by the time i was getting out of my last one, everyone was looking for std bumpers again. I am the same as Ekona though, i think the Rx7 (fd) is a gorgeous car, bearing in mind its now 20+ years old i think it has stood the test of time incredibly well, probably one of the prettiest cars to come out of Japan, same as the Nsx, although not quite as nice imho. I think the R34 looks good out the box, maybe a few subtle tweaks but you could throw as much fiberglass as you like at a 33 and its still resembles a blancmange imho, just too rounded and fat, only personally of course. I like rocketbunny on certain cars, 350 being one, but it is just a little to generic, same design adapted for each car. You have to have the show to match the go if you really want to pull it off. My first Rx, totally std apart from wheels, headlights and spoiler Interesting though i never saw an aftermarket Rx7 rear bumper that was better than original, pretty much the same for the 350, the only exception is the chargespeed, but the fact its so close to oem is why it works
  16. I am not really a fan of any wide body kits, just referring to Lee's Kazama build with regards to the quality to be expected, unlike the ops link. Whilst ever the kazama kit isnt for me, unlike veislide its built for purpose and aero, so i appreciate it more as function over form, as said above, slap a bgw and some canards on it and it would like right at home on the track for where it was designed. Plus it also had the go to pull it off imho.
  17. A few years back a local fella left a wine bar after a few to many to drive less than one mile home and subsequently killed two people, a mate was a paramedic at the time and was first on the scene, it was horrific by all accounts, body parts literally scattered everywhere, he hit them doing 70+. 7 years is all he got.
  18. That is because its Kazama, not veilside
  19. Nothing wrong with that at your age dude imho, but, however cool you think it will be to own one, all kudos points will be lost when your parking it on mum and dads drive ; ) I can solve your problem for a fraction of the cost, get a decent exhaust for your zed, they sound awesome with the right system.
  20. I think your love of the car is clouding your judgement if you dont think the depreciation will be high. It is a big american v8 that is mass produced, at the moment with the hype and supply and demand on numbers it will hold, but when they are readily available I think they will drop like a stone, especially if reviews arent favourable. I was just trying to make you aware of how much it will cost you to own the car as its all too easy to think, its only £350 a month and tbf if you earn £16k and thinking of buying a car that costs twice your wages i think your mad, but if its something your feel comfortable with, go for it.
  21. Celtic Manor is a great complex, we played the Montgomerie course and the Ryder Cup course. Putting for go, driving for show
  22. Metal skid plate on the bottom? rt one is pretty much the same in frp
  23. Played golf since I was 7 on and off, but over the last ten years I have played a lot more regularly. My only advise with golf is, the people you play with make it and dont get frustrated when you hit bad shots, the next shot is the one you need to be thinking about
