The same as the torque for your wheels. I used 85ft lbs. But if your wheels fall off don't blame me. !!! :scare:

You don't need spigot rings they are a perfect fit.

Not everybody got an air gun, you can torque them equally as well with a torque wrench, most times my wheels were fitted with an air gun, they were torqued completely wrong and I had to re-do them with my torque wrench...

Just a tip when fitting them. Use a torque wrench and torque them same as your wheel nuts. Use copper grease on the threads and put a smear around the spigot to stop it sticking, lot easier to remove,
