Dave has made it clear he`s not standing for re-election as Prime Minister so losing the vote is maybe not such a big deal to him. The conservative party will have been blown apart with all the internal conflict and he won`t have to worry too much about sorting it out. He probably decided to not stand again when he had to accept the referendum was going in the manifesto. And lets be honest it only went in because they were running scared of UKIP and thought it was needed. After the landslide victory at the election i imagine the first question he asked was who got it wrong and decided a referendum had to be offered. Hind-site would have been a wonderful thing for him... His career may have had a different route than the one its going to take.

Thought it would be interesting to see how much we are paying for tyres and if we run matching front and rear. Please dont make this a big discussion about whats best just interested in a rough idea of what most people are doing. Also be good to see in your post if you paid over £100 each for your tyres or under. If the handbrake is the same as the old days you have to pull it up and then push the knob in to get it to stay on. Its Morgans take on a sort of Fly off handbrake for when you release it.

Thats what makes me think about going for the MPS4`s as they should be around for a while if i need to do my rears. The rears have done 8k and still have 5.5mm of tread left. So if they were 8mm from new they have a way to go. I only do about 3k a year Sort of why I am wondering about the MPSS or MPS4 or maybe something different but dont want it feeling shite on the front end as its ok at the moment. I know MPSS are the mutz nutz but do i really need them. Not every drive is a performance trip if you know what i mean... ( dont want to offend any of you budding racing drivers out there ) Other tyres to consider are welcomed in this thread if you think they will compliment my Kumho`s because i would get the KU19`s to match if they were cheaper but dont want to pay £105 when the MPSS are only £127. I dont want KU39`s because they are different so might as well get what is a better tyre ( the MPSS ) Perhaps the old Falkens would be better to go with my Kumho`s.

If you search for KU19`s on the net the best i can come up wit is £105 so not that budget but i knew you guys would get excited if i told you i had them. Went for an early morning blast with Darren B when he had his super charged 350 and Cordel had his vx220 and a couple of other guys and i seemed to keep up ok mid pack without losing it. Perhaps i`m just a great wheel man. I quite like a decent front end and happy to control the rear, must come from me cortina days

Lets not go there as it will just be the two fronts for now. Nowt wrong with me rear tyres couple of Kumho KU19. Thought about some Kunho`s KU19 for the front but not seeing them about at a cheap price and not too sure about the KU39`s ( found them for about 70 quid which is a massive saving ) Bearing in mind i just like a spirited bit of driving now and then and the rears have been on the car since i`ve had it so i`m used to them. MPSS is twice the price and i know they are awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee but do i need them is the question. Still not found a ditch yet

Still got 040`s on the front so its gonna be a great improvement either way i guess. Never found them too iffy but its only a weekend toy, Just dont want to buy something and regret it as i`ll have them on there about 5 years

That`s what i was thinking but didn`t want to miss out on whats known to be such a great tyre..... decisions.... decisions Thinking if the MPS4 got rave reviews the MPSS might drop in price further but i guess being such a great tyre its not likely to get much lower

People keep saying that we will have to accept certain laws such as free movement of people as that is part of the European trade agreement but you have to accept that if we vote to come out it may well start a domino effect and laws such as that will possibly be changed. You also have to accept that laws like that may not apply to us if they want to trade with us as we have special status because they may need us a bit more than you think
