  1. Try petrol on a rag....to wipe it...not to burn it. LOL
  2. To be fair, it was a rough thur night so not really sure what date it is......but well spotted :teeth: :teeth:, its the 29th now.
  3. Laying around in the garage is a stereo removed from my old Evo. No use to me but might do someone for their runabout. Used Alpine CDA 9847R stereo. Included is the ipod interface unit and required leads (KCA420i). Have original boxes for items. Was fitted to my last car and comes with harness for a Mitsi, although other harnesses could be used and are not expensive. Full working order. Only issue is decals on front buttons is gone and front has some scraps. Was expensive new, but no longer needed. £60. Can post but would prefer collection. Central Scotland. "]http://[/url]
  4. or maybe the extra weight was in the engine redesign - stengthened to get that extra few ponies? - but even then 70KG is a lot.
  5. I have a set of smoked ones that I removed. Thought the azures all come with smoked ones but after a few looks on google images, seems the standard were orange. Also worth mentioning what year your car is as they were different.
  6. I like the little touch of the blue z on centre caps - nice.
  7. You learn something new everyday - 70kg heavier is a good wack!!
  8. Torque drops, power increase, slightly better interior, LED rear lights.
  9. They're also REALLY strong! I've given mine some rather big knocks on track and they've all held up really well Should be fine then if I drop them trying to lift them up too loft
  10. I paid 48 quid delivered for a 65ah battery with a 4 year warranty.
  11. yep you are, mine is a UK GT revup and ran this unit perfectly Yep. Was hoping it fit mine but it didn't as checked. No worries though - knew it might not before I bought it. So to clarify - fits UK cars from 2006 onwards?
  12. I have a new one ordered as same issues as you. Just check you order a decent ah size.Smaller ones wont last. If you have a 10mm spanner then easy to swap.
  13. 2 kids and wife - no spend limit until machine in the wall says "feck off" :teeth:
  14. Touring 11kg while the rays are 8.5kg....so not twice as much! .....looking forward (NOT) to putting them up the loft. To be fair, every one whitters on about wheel weight but no one mentions tyre weight - which can range from 4-6kg for a 18inch tyre. FWIW - The tourings are same weight as the aniversary wheels.

    Wheel Options

    First one. Others r stinky.
  16. Good wheels but without spacers the Rays look lost in arches, hence why people change over to a set either wider or with a better offset.
  17. Buy his, sell yours. It's the cheapest option What he said. Even bashed up Tourers go for at least £100 on ebay. Possibly £200 if in decent nick. At £200 these are a steal! Buy these, swap the tyres, sell yours, job done. I have 18" Rays but preferred these wheels when looking at Zeds, they just look bigger than the Rays imo. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk Makes sense!
  18. Its the same colour as my wheels were painted on my old Evo. Has a metalic running through it, which is nice in the sun. They were refurbed using gun (not powder coated) - reason being you can always touch up a painted wheel but more difficult to fix damage to a powder coated wheel. Not sure of exact colour, but have some extra and will give buyer some for any furture touch up (if needed). Work was done by my father who used to restore / paint classic cars (for the last 40 years - retired now). A few pics since its sunny - shows colour next to Azure. http:// http:// http://
  19. Hi Grahamc.... Exhaust just put on ebay. Not mine but maybe some use to you (if your still looking). Ebay item 121304620988
  20. For the shy retiring type?
  21. 26lb for touring wheel vs 18lb for rays. Surprizingly the 35th Aniversery wheels where heavy buggers - 26lb for rears.
