If it's any use I've just ordered a Stillen y-pipe from Tarmacsportz I didn't want flexi's in there but let's see how easy it'll be to fit now

I had the front end & spoiler resprayed on the cheap (£450), not a great job done unfortunately but heaps better than it was.

I don't think it went into production.

Service history and receipts\list for parts replaced is important, and from here was what I looked out for. Just be aware that you are going to have to replace some bits and pieces that tend to go around 80k-ish miles (same on any car).

I've got unsilenced h-dev ones with a scorpion exhaust (and very soon Stillen Y pipe), Jez said there wasn't really much difference between the two. Just ensure after fitting them that you check the connections between the exhaust parts, tightened up fully, as well as checking for any leaks elsewhere with the engine on. My one has a slight leak between the end of the y-pipe and the start of the scorpion exhaust, so it makes an annoying noise at the mo

I'd personally stick with something like road legal track day tyres, 888's are good just search for which compound will suit the 350z. Do not put slicks on the car, as you'll be putting pretty high levels of stress on suspension components that weren't designed to cope with the loads under those conditions.

I advise using the search function
