  1. More updates for the diary Went to Kaizer motors early saturday morning to have the beast alligned, front went back to being fine but the rear wouldnt go any further back in than 2.5 degress camber also whilst there enquired about the rear subframe bush, Sly was confident it wast a huge job so got on the phone to Cougar store and ordered the Whiteline rear subframe kit and Eibach rear adjustable camber arms and toe bolts, booked in with Sly this week to have the rear subframe dropped and all bushes fitted along with the Eibach goodies and re alligned back to normal After visiting Kaizer (Very proffesional i must add and a lovely workshop! not to mention huge amounts of Nissan certificates and awards) i went to Surrey Vinyl Wraps to have my roof and front bumper bottom bar wrapped in gloss black, also had my front grill sprayed gloss black at works bodyshop to make it tie in with the bar. Here are the results Thinking of doing the mirrors and rear spoiler in gloss black to just waiting on a few photoshops to come back to me to make a decision What you think? Cheers Arran
  2. Meant to keep oil pressure 30% better, mark at abbey uses them as standard and reckons they work so 14 is nothing really to give one a go. If it works great if not at least it looks cool
  3. I paid 14 for my hks oil filter, today 42 for my silkolene pro s an don't need plugs just yet.
  4. Seems cheap to me, normally 50 for silkolene pro s, filter 10 and spark plugs about 65
  5. Excellent il ring before that, getting my roof wrapped in half hour so will call you when I'm there.

  10. Cheapest i found was Cougarstore on here mate, 135 delivered. At least you know youll get the correct genuine product and a fast delivery time, worth the extra £12 imo

  12. Still have to meet EU emissions i believe fella, thinking of taking my decats with me, trolley jack and tools and swapping them over when we get to stelvio pass and nurburgring
  13. Thinking I might just run the decats anyway, just wondering what would happen if we get stopped aboard though
  14. Evening all Basically I'm going to be travelling through various different countries in Europe next month and am thinking of putting my cats back in, incase we get pulled over. Question is mine is mapped for decats so if I was to put them back on without readjusting the map how will the car run, maybe over fuel or run lean? Anybody know Cheers Arran
  15. Cheers Yeah the coilovers make a big difference, still on softest setting for now though until theyre run in, then il play around with them
  16. How much you reckon it would be to replace Alex? Labour wise
  17. I think the front diff bushings are fine it's just the rear one then, If that can be done on the car that's a relief! Might see who can do it soon as
  18. Noticed last night that theres some black fluid leaking from a diff bush, How much of a bitch is this to replace? Also how much do you reckon it will hamper performance? Its the bush pictures above the diff brace http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m15/z33_drift_king/007-27.jpg Theres some polybush or solid rear bushes ive seen, but need to get an idea on labour first as im off to nurburgring next month Cheers Arran
  19. So another update for the books Put the HSD coilovers and Eibach spacers (25mm rear and 20mm front) on last week, let them settle for a week until after work tonight as i wanted to just the coilover height and make sure all the spring preloads were equal etc, removed all the suspension and measured everything and adjusted accordingly, the rear was left the same height as it was perfect from the first fit but the front i wanted down another 10mm roughly, found the perfect front height after adjusting them down 7mm, specific i know but now its perfect still got the damping adjustment set on full soft so the coilovers can bed in (100 miles) then il go and find a big space to play with the damping settings so i get it spot on before nurburgring, great thing about the HSD's is the damping is adjustable via a knob on the top mounts so its literally 30 seconds to adjust each shock Cant believe the difference both parts have made to the car both ride/height wise and cosmetic looks, really really pleased! Heres some pictures from this evening of how she stands now There we have it for now, This weekend il be going to Kaizer motors to get the allignment sorted then off to Surrey vinyl wraps to have the roof, mirrors and front bumper lower bar wrapped in gloss black. Looking forward to another transformation Stay tuned folks Arran
