  1. Sort your lives out lads. What on earth are you doing watching soaps !!!
  2. Why are you watching Eastenders when its light out til 9pm ?. Would rather sit and stare at my z for 30 mins than watch that pile of garbage..
  3. Happy 50th Bob.Enjoy the day.. Martin
  4. Most members on here who have modded have gone to 19's. 18's for go, 19's for show. The ride isn't a lot different in my experience, maybe a little harder but that can depend on tyre pressures for a start..
  5. And you found time to help me as well. Very impressed..
  6. Wouldn't go 18 myself, go 19.. 10.5j in 19 as above maybe.. Just giving you other options by posting mine as you wanted pics...
  7. Made me chuckle that...
  8. Welcome. Just put a post up for our next meet on Sunday 14th June in Sevenoaks. Suggest you come along and see some Zs and have a chat. I am just south of Haywards Heath. You are welcome to pop down and see me if I can assist. Martin

    Alarm Issue

Re connected my battery as I put my bay back together today but I have issues with the alarm and key fob.Alarm goes off as soon as the bonnet is opened. Can silence it by locking the door manually but the key fob doesn't appear to be working..Anyone got any advice .
  11. Easy. Used Evo stick flexi bond. Job done..
  12. Been on there for years.Never seen one and hope I never do..
  13. Get a shed. Found this on Pistonheads, any good ?
  14. Aren't the 1st , 3rd and 5th zs on the wrong side of the pump for petrol ?. Just a good staged photo I guess...
  15. Taras will be honest with you and he will match it as best as anyone can. Azure is tricky but believe it or not my gunmetal is too as there is a lot of green in it. I would just go ahead and trust RT to do a great job. Have a look at all of the work they have done on mine below.. http://s842.photobucket.com/user/martinpackham/library/?sort=4&page=1
  16. RT for the win. Done all the work on my car and wouldn't take it anywhere but to Taras. Its a 2 hour drive for me but worth every mile. You wont be disappointed...
  17. Give Zippypooz a shout on here. Professional wrapper who is highly regarded in the trade.. Based here in sunny Sussex. His work is superb..
  18. Don't get 17's. As Neil has said they will just look woeful. Go for 19's if anything. Contact Tarmac or Mitz at the Cougastore (both traders on here) for rims. They will give you all the advice you need and will source whatever you want within reason according to budget. Just don't spend the bulk of your budget on rims and then put crap tyres on..
  19. I like the customised bits Mark has made for his. I started modding the whole car on the bay and it led from one thing to another. I know what you mean about thinking what to do next. That's why I made a change after 2 years of the polished look. Don't work too hard. I have sent a copy of this thread to your Mrs !!!...
  20. They are the same, matching. I promise. Thanks mate. As I say it might not be everyones cup of tea but I think I will be pleased. I have also fitted Rickdons under bonnet mirrors which I know you have (your car in the fitting guide) which I think are awesome. Keep up the good bay work. Whats next for you ?.
  21. I will have to photo my dremel mops and send them to you. Basically I used a course grinding head to start with (you need to be aggressive), then polished it out with 3 different waxes. Its a long process but rewarding. It's easy to clean. I just use meguires chrome polish from time to time. Doesn't go rusty.. I wouldn't dream of doing the plenum with a dremel, it will take you forever.Get in contact with mopedmark or Wasso. They both do a great job and its not expensive. I sold my Rare JDM harness cover to Dunks but I think Octet can get them for you. The ARC V2 oil catch can went out of production. I brought mine from a my350z.com forum member in Texas but paid nearly £400 for it which is mad.. Make sure you post some photos. My new look will still have some chrome but mixing it up a bit...
