You could possibly fit the BGW then slot the original to fit around the feet? (could be the meths talking )

I agree with Gixxer/Will and Jetset, get the oil round before starting and get some fresh fuel in and a few gentle applications of the brakes should clean your disc's up nicely

£70 is a fair price , i think most body shops just quote you their "per panel" price, whether you want the full bumper or just part spraying.
