FINAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS COMING SATURDAY Museum We all need to be on site between 9.30am 10.30am. Buster and I will be supervising the parking and my lovely wife Katrina will be relieving you of the £10 per person for the discounted entry price into the museum. Katrina will also be handing you a voting slip for the days awards which you must fill in prior to the meeting at 2pm. Voting categories are as follows: Best Standard 350Z 1st Best Standard 350Z 2nd Best Standard 370Z 1st Best Standard 370Z 2nd Best Modified 350Z 1st Best Modified 350Z 2nd Best Modified 370Z 1st Best Modified 370Z 2nd Best Wheels 1st Best Wheels 2nd Best overall Zed car During the morning you have access to the museum, restaurant, shop etc, while Katrina and I try and flog you raffles tickets at £1 each. The prizes were very kindly donated by the forum traders as follows: 1. Mitz at Cougar Store - Genuine filter and 5L of Motul Oil. 2. Tarmac Sportz - 350/370 Service kit. 3. Tarmac Sportz - Goodie bag. 4. Torqen - Discount vouchers. 5. CAT Driver Training - Millbrook proving ground tour and drive on track in a 350Z. 2pm Everybody needs to be in our allocated meeting room for a forum discussion and the prize giving. EVENING AT THE HILTON WARWICK For those of you that are staying for the evening shenanigans. Arrival at the hotel. Check in - settle in & chillax, maybe a couple of drinks! A 3 course dinner will be served in our own private function room at 7.30 sharp. After dinner there will be a quiz which will consist of teams of four. Subject matter TOP SECRET to stop swotters trying to get ahead of the game. There will be a prize for the winning team. Really looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday.

Five spaces still available for the 3 course evening meal at the bargain price of £16.50 a head.

I will be posting the itinerary this coming weekend but we will be giving out the pots and prizes in the meeting room at 2 pm.

There is room for another 10 cars. If you would like to attend you need to be at the museum between 9.30 and 10am.

We currently have 5 more spaces available for the evening meal so come on guys put your name down and enjoy the fun! I just spent the past hour ordering the trophies and got a bit carried away!! When I spoke to Moped Mark at Ace Cafe he suggested we have runners up in each category and I have also added a new category so there are lots of pots to win!! Plenty of room on the list.

A big thanks to Wayne and Adele for organising this and to be quite honest if they hadn’t brought the gazebo we would all have gone home by midday as there was no shade anywhere. Really well organised show with all the local car dealers in attendance with a mix of modern and classic cars. Felt sorry for the catering stall holders who must have paid a fortune for their pitch but sold virtually no hot food. The two ice cream vans on the other hand made a right killing!!!

Once five members have paid we get a club stand in the outfield. Thinking the Zclub deserves a pitch nearer the action!

Sorry for the delay in booking info but due to the new data protection laws I was not given the code to buy club tickets like last year. After several emails from myself,Papa and Stu over the past week(thanks guys) nothing came through. Rung them today and spoke to a very helpful and apologetic young lady who had no record of our correspondence but has sorted it! Process is exactly the same as Japfest Go to club tickets and scroll to our club 350z-UK Password is 350z You will now be given the option to purchase tickets for each car occupant,track time and camping. A free Tshirt and mag is included for each entrant. Club tickets are free but you must add this to your basket. Once booked can you put Paid by your name on the list. If you book track time please add this and the time by your name.

I spoke to the Museums event organiser today and have been informed we can arrive and park up from 9.30am and the Museum will be open from 10.00am. Final details regarding admission payment,voting slips and the prize giving in the meeting room will be posted nearer the time.
