I have it in my 350, temps are very stable, even on track.

I have milltek with Berks hfc. Sounds good, not loud and no drone. The hfcs make the exhaust a bit raspy above 4k rpm which some don't like. All passes not fine

I have silvatec and they fit fine, maybe a touch tighter to push in than oem but not much...

Doesn't sound good but kelford are a very reputable cam supplier..... I'd rate them higher than bc...

Yep I had sticky back strips and I put one between the screen and the dash...

When it rattles push on the top of the dash by the window. I pushed a bit of foam between the dash and screen....

I'd repair it and tell nobody. I have full protected no claims and am in the process of a claim, look at how much your excess is and factor in about 20% higher premiums for the next few years.....

My little side project is currently building a new Frankenstein 2.4lt engine for my other halfs type r..... It started off as just a swap but has grown a bit. Never done anything like this myself before and allways wanted to, a lot of the time I think I've bitten off more than I can chew and I've kinda convinced myself that it's going to catestrophically fail the instant I try to start it but I'm enjoying the learning and shopping.....

There's a throttle position reset peddal dance but from what I've seen it's tricky. Have you done anything with the throttle bodies?

There are a few, depends where in London but if your south west Abbey motorsport are just off the m25 or there's sly at kaizer motors who's in north Kent near Dartford. I've used both and would recommend.

It's recommended to only use super unleaded but I struggle to see this being the cause of your problem, sounds like a sensor. Where are you? Take it to a z specialist, traders on here and I'm sure they will resolve for considerably less than that....
