  1. thanks for the feedback, i'll approach with caution
  2. They have a few Zs for sale, bit of a trip for me though so if anyone has any good / bad experiences they would be much appreciated… Junction 17 Cars Unit 5 Sheltons Business Park, 67 South St, Stanground, Peterborough, Peterborough, PE2 8EY Thanks
  3. the listings say these are only for cars up to 2005, are the later ones different? (may be a numpty question )

    Wheel referb.

How did you do that, I've been toying with car / wheel colour options before I buy but havent really got much further than crude paint shop mock ups! the dark grey / black would be the way i'd go but if you've got the balls then I think the bronzy gold looks pretty sweet!
  5. not sure I'd have the bottle to offer that low but I think 13.5k would be more realistic (as long as the condition reflects the mileage!)
  6. thanks EH 370Z, what does retail mean? is that the price you would pay at a dealer with some warrenty?
  7. service was done by nissan dealer early 2010? What kind of price do you think would be a fai offer if it looks genuine?
  8. just had a chat with the seller, the car was serviced at 9000 miles however this is the only service it has had in 4 years, which worries me a bit...........
  9. I only ask because there are others for up to £1000 less with circa 20000 miles which are the same age or younger from dealers, does white command a premium?
  10. Abbey are fairly local for me so I will definatly be getting in contact.....
  11. try this http://www.autotrader.co.uk/search/used/cars/nissan/350_z/postcode/tn299rt/radius/1500/sort/priceasc/colour/white/maximum-age/up_to_4_years_old/body-type/coupe/price-from/14000/price-to/15000
  12. I know, tried to pull it off autotrader but just brings up the search?????
  13. Hey A Z has recently come up in white on autotrader. Its a 08 plate with 14000 miles on the clock and there asking £14495 for it. This seems a bit more expensive than others of similar mileage and age considering this is a private sale and therefore does not come with any sort of warranty. The ad says full service history, I have emailed the seller to see if this is a FULL service history i.e. yearly rather than going on miles. Your thoughts would be appreciated OllyB
  14. I fear I've grown far too old at 29 I guess that means I should start acting my age
  15. Some feedback from the traders on here would be really usefully too..... Are there even sc kits for the hr available in the UK or are we talking full custom job?
  16. Oh it's really exciting Ford Focus 1.8TDCI SPORT!!!!!!! The power is phenomenal! But it gets me to work and back...... I've had a bit of a penchant for Italian ladies in the past, Alfa 159, Fiat Coupe (300 fwhp, stripped for track use), Alfa 145 cloverleaf

  18. Hey, I've been searching around the forum but I still have a few questions. I'm in the market for a Z, but, I'm not sure which is best to get. Reading the threads and specs I think I've decided to go for the later HR car but I'm worried that this may limit what can be done on the modding front... I guess my question is: Am I limiting what I can do by going for the HR over the DE? There seems to be allot more upgrades for the DE, I'm sure this is due to the fact that the HR was only around for a few years therefore companies were less likely to develop parts for it. I assume the suspension and brake upgrades are suitable for all Z's and its only the engine side that's different, is this the case and are there similarities between the new 370Z engine, therefore are 370Z parts compatible (excuse the lack of knowledge, bring on the numpty comments, I can take it!) Id be looking initially at the usual filter, exhaust, UpRev route but I know what I'm like and I'm sure I'd soon be itching to go FI...... Your thoughts please
