I might have to take you up on that offer, will be booking in at abbey soon for a P3 and to have a look at my map. In one of your posts you said that you had hesitation when cranking, I have the same problem, Mark has been great, sent out a cable and we tweeked the maps a bit but I'm still getting hesitation when the car has been driven and then allowed to cool a little. Did you get this sorted on yours?

I'm about 90% sure I'm going to be going down this road soon, need to man up and do it!! How's it going 6 months on, have you had any problems, is there anything you would do differently? I've already had the fuelling done in preparation by Mark so it will be Abbey doing the rest of the conversion ( when I grow some.....)

Hey I've just bought what was advertised as a 2008 Workshop Manual, its not, its definitely pre HR. Can anyone point me in the direction of a workshop manual for a HR Z? I've had a search but its only the earlier models coming up and I'd rather not spend out again to get the same, incorrect, download! Thanks Olly

I use blue velvet on my night blue and it comes up peachy. As far as hard vs soft I thought it depended on how you apply the wax, soft if you apply by hand and hard if your using an applicator, stops you overloading the pad with wax....

I stand corrected! Update: The passenger side is sorted. Started off trying a nut splitter but couldn't get the necessary purchase on the nut so out came the Dremmel and 7 or 8 cutting wheels later: Its not pretty but its in its original place and solid so I'm happy, I'll give the bracket a lick of Hammerite to stop it rusting when I've fixed the drivers side and bleed the lines.
