  1. That is what i was trying to say in my post, i thought the inside of the wheel got wider towards the hub edge. So do you think it's wider closer to the hub or further away from it?
  2. I don't think a spacer will held much, there pretty uniform across the wheel, I might pack a few washers onto the studs to see if it makes a difference, looked like it was going to be ok untill I got the lug nuts tight....
  3. Well results are in... The breaks are huge and look awesome But Catch on the inside of the rim.... Bugger.....
  4. They are but its not catching anywhere other than the actual barrel of the wheel...
  5. I don't mind adding a small spacer but don't think it will help in this instance it's the overall internal diameter of the wheel that's too small....
  6. Yea I agree, appears to have a spacer, it's not the clearence on the spokes that worries me tho, seems to be enough, it's the internal diameter of the wheel that's causing the most concern. Looking at the photo I posted you can see the lug holes are way out.
  7. Ok, I know its taken me a while but finally got the last few bits to do this and thought for piece of mind I'd check the clearances with the template. Doesn't look like I'm going to be in luck..... Might just try a trial fit......

    OEM suspension

I have a full set of springs and OEM rear camber arms if needed.
  9. I'm pretty sure it's normal, after spirited driving or a long journey the carpet on the transmission tunnel is toasty.
  10. Hi all I moved house last year and the plan has allways been to increase the size of the drive. I've had a few quotes and there a bit more than I was anticipating, can anyone offer any advice on resin bound drives? Cheers
  11. It is alive.... Why don't you take the lump hammer to the other rear wing, could claim some sort of downforce improvement....
  12. I guess it would be if it was a lower pulley. Was the bonnet shut when it sounded louder underneath. Was the noise more to the front or rear of the engine bay?
  13. My hr 350 sounded like that when the bearing went on my top idler pulley, they to locate the noise using the good old ear and screwdriver techneique.
  14. Shocks have sold, make me an offer on the springs..... Front and rear suspension, dampers and springs, no topmounts. From 2008 model with approx 40k miles done. £120 delivered mainland UK. Less for collection from Ashford Kent. Rear camber arms from the same car. Sold
  15. Min to max on the dipstick is about 1ltr?
  16. Not keen on the 370 and want to stay 18 really....
  17. That's good to hear. Looks like I'll have a set of brembos for sale rather than the akebonos.... Hell who am I kidding, would have been a good excuse for new wheels...
  18. A grease would be better, just use sparingly or 3in1 oil. WD will give a short term fix but will need regular top up and will probably drive some of the old grease out...
  19. Thanks shenley. Hopefully they will fit, there's talk on some of the US forums of shaving the edges down which is not something I want to do....
  20. Hi Mark. I've found lots of info saying the touring wheels fit and just assumed that the rays would as they are less chunky but I've found a few saying they don't. I'll have to get a template made and check... Don't really want to add spacers.
  21. Yes, chargespeed rear bumper, not sure about the front....
