I wish people would apply their brains more before posting about stuff like this. First off. The Brazilian on the tube. He was given several instructions from police to stop. I believe from what I've heard but can't be 100% sure jumped the barrier while running from police! still giving clear instructions and ran onto a train. The police involved were on a covert anti terrorist operation so had some reason to believe he was involved in something, enough to show out. He then ran on a train where if he was a terrorist, could have detonated an explosive device. Now I would rather the police shoot him several times and kill him than take the risk that he doesn't have anything for him to the detonate a device killing innocent people on the train. The Dugan stuff again. Better safe that sorry. He was a career "gang banger" and I have suspicion that the issues at the court were more to do with a potential compensation payment. The police did not shoot either of these men. It was a human being acting on behalf of the police and the country as a whole. That human being doing a job that doesn't pay all that well considering things he will have to do. Especially when you take into account that the government are attacking his pension and pay structure while increasing there own. If we are going to start convicting our officers for doing there job when they have an honest held belief about something. They aren't psychic after all. Is that not going to affect the decision making process of officers later down the line. Would they have acts as they did in the lee rugby murder. If your mum was believed in danger from a man suspected armed with a gun, ignoring all police instructions then walks towards her. Would officers take the shot or would they hesitate fearing for the jobs and own liberty!

I'd go scorpion out of the scorpion/cobra options. All the cobra systems I've seen look cheap, especially when you look up close and can see brackets connecting the box to the rear pipes, IMO anyways. Scorpion is cheaper as well.

You'd have loved the s2000 I saw the other day dan. I actually thought of you when I saw it. It had a different budget tire on each corner. Not even similar tread patterns. All brand new though was a selling point the sales man tried.

What Dave said. It needs to be a daily driver. Other option is to keep the zed and get (for under £1k) an mx5 to strip out and thrash about and maybe do some track days in it next year, or a 306 hdi which is by far the more sensible option but oh so very boring. Unlucky humpy. Drove the car today and didn't get a chance to open it up due to traffic. It was a really boring car for pottering about in. It was a main dealer car and top money for what it was but wasn't in good condition and needed a fair bit of touching up, including the roof. Don't get me wrong the s2000s are lovely at full chat but I much much prefer the zed for everyday normal driving so going to keep it. Today's test drive has certainly cured that itch. Get to keep the nur spec exhaust which has to be my favourite part of the car. Think I'll get that carbon nismo spoiler now.

Going to have a look at another s2000 today. Think this will be the final make my mind up viewing. Need to have one for the day really to see how I get on with it. It's all well and good having a 15 minute blast on the vtec but actually living with it will be the issue, or not.

Well, as some of you know, my head has been turned by a more petite little honda number. I love the zed, I still love to get in her and have a blast around the local country roads, I love the noise she makes. I still turn and look back at her when I walk away, to say bye and to admire the big old arse and the lines. And she runs like a dream. 2 years and no problems (touch wood) She is in for her MOT at the moment, she should fly through?I had the intention of starting to strip all the aftermarket parts and put back to standard as I was looking to leave her for another woman, a miss honda s2000. Well miss 2000. It's nicer to be inside her, she's all wrapped round you and makes you feel closer to her. And certainly feels more quality. The ride is as good but the noise is different. Not in a good or bad way, just different. When I see miss 2000 she looks sleek and lightweight. Both have road presence, just in different ways. I'm not sure what to do. I'm sold on miss 2000 but not sure I'm ready to let my current girl go. I actually feel like I'm planning on cheating on the zed. Lol. What's people opinions. Am I doing the right thing leaving her or should I stick it out and work on things. I wish I was bored of themed cause this would be such an easier decision.

azure is a nice colour. I wanted black but ended up picking a decent car over the colour as i wasnt against a grey, or azure for that matter. Good luck finding what you want, i hope you do.
