ive just booked the car in to the body shop across the road for tomorrow. i wanted to fit the lip myself but with the weather as it is and the arseholes who nicked my tools, jack, stands etc im giving in and letting the pros do it. going to be around £30 - £40. wanted to pop over to RT but theyre booked up and i wanted it done for saturdays meet. thanks to RT though who were more than helpfl over the phone with advice even hough i wasnt going to be taking it in to them.

wasso do me me a free all singing all dancing detailing on my car and ill think about it. was no problem mate, like i said i was ordering mine anyway and getting the pair got us both a nice discount. on the same note anyone dealing with dave-350 can do so with total confidence. that cant be said about a lot of people but this forum does seem to throw up some top people

yeah went in easy mate, in the front passenger footwell and laying on the middle plastic part. if your going to pick them up take something to wrap them in as mine weren't wrapped and rattled a bit on the way home. i just screw in. the skirts are easy enough to get off. i drilled quid guide hole while the skirt and the step were together. the skirt just sits on top and balances quite well. then i drilled 5mm holes, refitted the skirts and bolted the steps on using the original bolts.

Cheers mate I got them from Aerokit.eu Good company to deal with, from my limited dealings anyway. They're based near sawbridgeworth and you can pick up from the warehouse.

Before anyone says it i know its filthy. It's in hand. Fitted the steps, took me about 90 minutes all in. Pictures aren't all that but every time I try to take a picture recently the sun is up in a most annoying place. Do I keep the rear spat or remove it? I'm thinking remove it.

If the euro carparts one will do I'll get that one. They're only round the corner from me and looking to do it over the next few days if possible cheers guys

I need some body tape to secure the top of my new front lip. I have no idea what I'm looking at guys so if someone can recommend me a tape and a link to where to buy it it would be appreciated. A high street shop would be good if possible please. Cheers

i picked up some aero skid/steps tonight so they will be going on over the next couple of days. mudguards will be up for sale shortly.

So its a fairly straight forward thing to do then? Just dont want to bite off more than i can chew and once ive started i cant go back.

I've bought a carbon vs style lip from ep racing. I've test fitted it. And it seems like a tight fit but that was with the bumper on the car. Now I'm looking to do this myself, unless anyone who's done it recommends that I don't. I'm looking to do this with the bumper off the car. I think the following pictures are what I need to do to fit it. With it being carbon should I get some rubber washers where the bolt holes will be to act as a shock absorber of sorts. Also do I need to screw the ends to the inside of the wheel arch? Cheers guys Paul

Fitted the guards today. Not to sure on them now theyre on. Got a carbon lip to go on which ive test fitted but it will be a bumper off job. The guards on, excuse the pictures. The sun was in the worst place it could have been The lip from epracing Think im gonna loose the guards and go for the aero kit steps like what buster has on his, leave them black though
