  1. Sometimes the cameras flash but there is no film/spool space left to record you. If you are snapped at 100MPH+ on 70MPH then bad news as the offence will not go by fixed penalty (3 points + fine) but will go to Court which has the discretion to ban from 1 day to 1 year. Don't assume the flash equals caught Good luck Mike
  2. Brake=Break I think you have the answers.
  3. Very good. Scrubbed up very well indeed. Mike PS: My Z is still tucked up in the garage
  4. It might be worthwhile to find a quiet time, operate the switch and see if you can hear a relay switching somewhere............
  5. The fuel would have to be a petroil mix to lube everything. I thought it was amazing how the crankshaft was turned and honed - great skills working at that scale.
  6. Thanks for the link. It was wonderful to watch. Mike

  9. I bought new an Isuzu Rodeo twin cab (four doors) in 2004. It can tow 3.5tonne. The pickup area which has a Carryboy cover has a loading of half a ton. Eight years later, 120K on the clock, I have yet to change a bulb, original clutch. It has been used for towing horse boxes, driven in the Alps and other mountain areas with deep snow and just trundles along. 2 wheel drive, press a button 4 wheel drive, press a button low ratio 4WD. The Isuzu has air cond, very comfortable and also very economic in terms of fuel. Engine is a 3 litre turbo charged and without hauling tons does about 40MPG in old money. Downside is the spare tyre (full size) that is held under the rear of the chassis - not good. I moved it to the pickup area. Thoroughly recommend it. Service interval is yearly or 12000. Mike

  16. Thanks for posting this info. I have stashed it away for a rainy day that hopefully will not come. Mike
  17. Peops will hate me for saying but if you go to Halfords, get THEM to measure the shape, then you can get the correct shape that covers the holes on the JDM space. I cannot remember how much but it was not much more than a normal plate to get the 'custom' shape. Mike
  18. Handbook sent a few mins ago.
  19. Hello, I have the 2004 issue in pdf format. PM me and I will send. Mike
  20. Hello Phil, I am a newbie and I know what you mean about getting the sense of the car. My advice is that before you start buying bits and pieces get your steering alignment checked with lasers equip then go from there. At Abbey Motorsports I got them to do this and there was a huge difference - cruise missile Mike
