Seriously, everytime I deal with him he's a complete knob! Office 2 doors away just become available, I email him as soon as I get the info and say I'm very interested (last friday). As we desperately need more space. Current tenants not able to view until today. I go and look round, say I'll take it. Landlord says only one problem, someone else (existing tenant of landlord) is interested as needs more space. I say but I'm here first. He says, yeah I'd normally work on that basis but as your both tenants, it's tricky. WTAF????

In all seriousness though, the current system does offer one positive in that it mixes the values of different regions, some areas stay staunch supporters of one party and this can not be a good thing? Also some areas are more densely populated so this might weight the vote more as more people in the same region are more likely to vote the same way. I appreciate that if you get the majority of votes then and lose then it is pretty unfair.

Pretty slim chance but my phone is being a PIA shutting down not starting up. Gonna look at a samsung S7 or something similar but in the meantime just wondered if anyone had a cheap half decent phone they'd like to sell me to tide me over? edited as someone very kindly pointed out I misspelt Android and we all know this is a major crime against humanity.
