I have a DAS6 with a 3", 5" and 6" (TBC sizes, they're guesses) backing plates, a couple of different Meguiars polishes, a couple of pads and a role of masking tape. I've only used the polisher about 5 times just don't have the time anymore! PM me an offer and I may consider selling it

Why does only the front raise, not the rear too?

I apply copper slip on hub/spacer surfaces but not the studs personally.

Coming from beemers myself, I notice the 350Z is a heavy car so if that's something that puts you off then you might want to test drive one before looking further. That said, they're fantastic cars!! Don't worry if you don't find the perfect one with an aftermarket exhaust fitted, you can get that sorted yourself you're better off finding a great example, whether standard or slightly modified (which you easily will within your budget)!!

DIY if you can, personally can't justify paying anyone to do something I can do myself unless I need it done quickly and I'm short on time. Don't use axle stands on a slope though! They'd be ok on a minimal gradient with wheel chocks but even still..

Just had a look and they're all pretty @*!#. The sound of the fan was pretty overwhelming and in such a small room the vibrations etc killed it.. That on top of the 2 post lift being in the way of the rear wheels in all of them....... All in all lesson learnt - not to put the GoPro there in future They're not even worth uploading to YouTube and posting really I'm afraid.

Yeah I know mate. Yours is the one I'm concerned about myself! We did get a low 350Z up there with a Nismo lip absolutely fine, along with some low mx5s and vx220s but I have a feeling you're a little lower. I'm trying to think of a way round it. May be just about ok though!
