  1. I plan to give her a clean and take some more pictures tomorrow, hopefully
  2. Thanks for the useful comment.... Price revised.
  3. Not a chance lol if that's my option I'll be breaking it!
  4. Fair points, not sure which bush it is or what the window motor problem are, as mentioned, which is why they're not fixed. I'm happy to take a bit less than 'market value' with these in mind as I just don't have the money to sort then right now. I do have the ability to break it and understand the negative points of breaking a car, I'm not sure whether I would actually do it or not, I was just wondering how much it may be worth
  5. I know modifications don't strictly increase the value but they do gave a bearing on it... Anyway that's not helping my sale
  6. This would be a shame, but I'd be lying if I said the thought hadn't crossed my mind..... If my 350Z doesn't sell, I may consider breaking it. Any ideas how much I'd make? Just looking for a ball park figure.. 53 plate kuro black 350Z GT with 107,500 miles, full service history. Exterior modifications: Eibach 30mm lowering springs (approx 2k miles old) Wheel spacers all round (25mm front, 30mm rear) Jasma true dual stainless steel exhaust with decats (quite loud) - slash cut tail pipes which don't look over the top, they're a nice size in my opinion Stubby aerial Rear wiper delete (looks a lot cleaner, although I think I still have the rear wiper if desired) Body-colour badges Carbon wrapped B pillars Lightly smoked rear lights Flat wiper blades LED side light and number plate bulbs Interior/other modifications: OEM satellite navigation (this was an optional extra, not a standard feature) Alpine double din head unit, 7" touchscreen ipod and bluetooth connections - including steering wheel controls Cargo net in the boot Cookbot auto-fold mirrors upon lock/unlock A few Carbon wrapped interior parts Bad points (every car has them, just being honest!): Slight knocking over bumps at slow speed. 99% sure this is just a bush but from a quick look I can't see the culprit, and it doesn't really bother me as it's only noticeable on bumpy roads at slow speed. Passenger window doesn't work Engine management light is on due to the exhaust/decats Cheers Sam
  7. Why is the mileage/age a problem? The engine is fine, and has full service history (including a recent service). That shouldn't put anyone off. It's prefer not to put it back to standard if possible as it's a lovely car as it is. The price is open to negotiation anyway
  8. Shall I just break the whole thing?! Haha Couldn't remove the exhaust as I don't have a standard replacement anyway..
  9. I'm not sure about this, as I love the car, but I'm considering selling up. The main reason would be to get something a little more practical that's all. It's a 53 plate kuro black 350Z. This is a UK GT model so comes with all the nice bits like heated leather seats, Brembo brakes, LSD, RAYS forged 18" alloys, spoiler, strut brace, cruise control. In my opinion, the car is in great condition considering it's 11 years old now, and it's amazing fun to drive. The car has done just under 110k miles, which will rise slightly, but not much, as I'm still using the car. Starts first time every time, the battery guage always shows a touch over 14 volts as it should. The engine, gearbox and diff are strong, never missing a beat. The clutch is spot on, never slipped. I only mention this as I know they're quite expensive to replace on these cars but this one is fine. All electrics work fine and the air con is ice cold. I have ALWAYS run the car on shell V-Power fuel, with NO exceptions, as did the previous owner. This is key for these engines. I always let the engine warm up before sprinted drives. Almost 12 months MOT (due 24/11/15) I treated her to a full service in June at 107k miles ago, with the following: Motul 5w30 fully synthetic engine oil Oil filter (genuine Nissan) + new crush washer as usual Gearbox oil (using genuine Nissan oil, along with a tube of molyslip) Diff oil (using genuine Nissan oil) Denso Iridium spark plugs Cosworth air filter (panel) Air con and aux belts Exterior modifications: Eibach 30mm lowering springs (Fitted at 106k miles) Wheel spacers all round (25mm front, 30mm rear) Jasma true dual stainless steel exhaust with decats (quite loud) - slash cut tail pipes which don't look over the top, they're a nice size in my opinion Drilled and grooved front discs Stubby aerial Rear wiper delete (looks a lot cleaner, although I think I still have the rear wiper if desired) Body-colour badges Carbon wrapped B pillars Lightly smoked rear lights Flat wiper blades LED side light and number plate bulbs Interior/other modifications: OEM satellite navigation (this was an optional extra, not a standard feature) Alpine double din head unit, 7" touchscreen ipod and bluetooth connections - including steering wheel controls Cargo net in the boot Cookbot auto-fold mirrors upon lock/unlock A few Carbon wrapped interior parts Bad points (every car has them, just being honest!): Passenger window doesn't work Engine management light is on due to the exhaust/decats. I think one of the lambda sensors needs replacing There are a few stone chips as you'd expect for a car of this age MOT advisory on n/s inner track rod end (very small amount of play) MOT advisory on a couple of slightly low tyres Viewings welcome evenings/weekends. I'm happy to take people out in the car but won't let anyone drive it without proof of insurance. Located in Chandler's Ford, near Southampton. Contact me on O77O6 49OO93. Private plate not included in the sale, this will be removed before hand and the original 53 plate put back on the car. SOLD I will upload more pictures when I can but for now:
  10. Do you mind me asking where you got that trade price? I'm also near Southampton and potentially looking to sell mine soon and it's similar. Good luck with the sale, looks like a perfectly fair price to me.
  11. I ran Wilwood 345mm fronts and DB Power uprated rears, I think they were 300mm (they supply brackets to push the calipers further out) both bought from DB Power for my s14a. Good company in my opinion
  12. Not sure if you saw me or not. I was at the traffic lights under the bridge waiting to turn right. If it wasn't you, it was another ginger zed with a massive wing and dark wheels
  13. Only just got your PM. Consider the cookbot sold to me. Payment on it's way!
  14. PM'd regarding cookbot auto fold mirror module.
  15. Mine is 10 years old also. She had full service history until the last one where the previous owner did an oil change. I just ordered everything possible for the service from Clark Motorsport and will do jt myself. I have a receipt for the service history which is fine by me. It may put some people off come sale time but I'm more than capable of doing it so why not in my opinion

    EBay coilovers

Fair enough. I was just curious as the coilovers around that price for other cars aren't too bad and the budget coilovers are much cheaper.

    EBay coilovers

Yeah I currently have Eibach springs which do the trick fine so will probably just leave them. Just that I'm changing my wheels and may want to go lower. This is the first car I've had in ages without coilovers! As you say though, probably worth spending more if I do decide to go for coilovers.

    EBay coilovers

Now, from my BMW background I don't like cheap coilovers, you can pick them up for £150 odd but they're not great quality and they're damn bouncy. I just stumbled across these, currently on offer at £369, reduced from £439. These are obviously quite cheap but has anyone tried them? http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=141116574186 Worth asking anyway... Cheers Sam
  19. Fantastic service. Very helpful and quick to respond to questions etc via PM. Ordered everything needed to service my Zed yesterday and it arrived this morning! Thanks again Ewen
  20. Any offers? Just want rid of this now. I keep forgetting I still have it!
  21. Anyone got any for sale? Looking for second hand to keep the costs down. Edit: Looking for rear not front. Thanks Sam
  22. Do you have the plastic engine cover, battery cover and brake fluid cover? If so, PM me a price posted please.
