  1. Red 350Z spotted around 11.45 A66 Middlesbrough *****RAC
  2. The MB is a more ferocious car than the Audi as its all RWD, and frankly in this company a bargain I would imagine. Great car Great engine, I actually preferred it as an everyday user than the new E AMG, as I found the new gearbox a bit aggressive. oddly the same gearbox is lovely in the SLS?!? In summary, lots of noise, lots of usable space, and quite an understated car IMO - A gentleman hooligan, if you like
  3. In a car The elderly, sorry to be down on the seniors (again) but for Christ sake. Why do they need to add misery to the daily commute, by insisting on the "DAILY" trip to Tescos between 7 & 9 am. They have ALL F**KING DAY to do this!!
  4. +1 ... and setting off their washer jets when you are behind them
  5. Mr Rev. I think that Toyota is the find of the day bullet proof engine and a good bit of luxury too You can buy an awful lot of petrol for £880 at least two tanks Toyota? I see a volvo when I open the link? God damn it! I ment to quote the top one for £120 Sorry having a poo day
  6. I think I saw one of these in silver about lunch time!?!

  8. I am not a massive expert on this subject by any means however, as I understand it the unit is pretty much sealed. First thing is, I suppose, is identifying where the water is getting in. A common cause is useing pressure washers this can get in. Next has the seal where the bulbs goes in, been compromised in anyway? In the short term I would sugest that you remove the whole head light, remove the bulbs drain out as much standing water as you can, and get a hair dryer on the job! Whislt its out you can fully inspect the unit. Good luck
  9. Interesting that most of the cars are American I wonder if they would find Mr Bean's Mini just as exotic
  10. You could own one, or somthing similar http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3108122.htm
  11. Or something like this, read the description, it’s the old duffers cars you want at this level, as the seniors have no concept of time and usually have the money to spend on their cars Sorry I am a bit sad with stuff like this I caould do it for hours http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p
  12. Just remeber that most people are selling at the price for a reason, so MOT etc is very important Saw this and thought thats a lump of car for the money! http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p
  13. As long as the car is out of it's warranty period I think it's ok as Chris says some one may try and use this to chip you on the part ex price, but to be honest I would rather see that the car had been well looked after. The only thing I would point out that a stamp in the book isn't always proof of service history. So if you could get bills that would be better. But if you dad is doing it for free that might be problematic but I suppose you could get the bills for the parts?!?
  14. I think the point is that if the car ain't right the fuel consumption will be least of your worries on a car worth a grand if you know what I mean
  15. I insurance isn't to much of an issue - The bigger the better thats were the bargains are. The lads are right if its a grand, I would get too hung up on the petrol diesel thing, just get something that does a reasonable MPG and wont cost you too much in repairs. My mate did something similar - bought a old(ish) Honda Accord, brilliant got three years out of it and binned it
  16. I thought I was the only person EVER to see that film
  17. The Lincoln continental from the matrix by day The dodge charger from blade for the night Lord Peter wimsey's lagonda for the weekend!
  18. The Visa thing is complete crap, and they treat you like crap at the airport too, despite all the adverts with Arny in saying “come to America on holiday, it’s greatâ€, the first impression isn’t. I have been to US 9 times in the last 15 years and every year it gets harder to enjoy. The last time, was all this carry on over the Visa's, which you had to do on-line, which I was only told after I had stood in line for an hour to check in. It a great place to visit, if you are happy to be tret like an extra from Shindlers List for the first hour of landing. Total bullshit munchers.
  19. This is something I am quite interested in but I am not sure if I know what I am doing. I have some interesting things and places... Anyway Waikiki beach 2010 St Mark square Venice
