If you had the bushes replaced then they should be easier to remove, the problem is the ball joint at the other end is not replaceable you have to replace the complete arm, you could take the chassis end bush out and swap it for the upgraded polly one but you need a press to do it - or a local garage with a press will usually do it for a few quid

  3. What is the benefit of it on a standard DE lump ?. What else do yo need with it . See post 7 It looks super cool not just another polished plenum You don't need anything else - but like a spacer you should get it mapped in. They really only give performance benefits if you are FI though

Just Awesome - dunno why but I read down the comments then this one really made me laugh We all do it I reversed my pickup into the skip in front of the house - it's been there 5 months I should be used to it. Smashed the tail light cluster that was it - thought this will be expensive - £25.00 delivered including VAT even had 3 bulbs in it when it got here - Got away lightly with that one
