  1. Some pics with MK1 wheels on my ex 370z MK2 Nismo
  2. Come over afterwards, we'll be on all day, from 12:00. https://www.facebook.com/events/590091725275352/
  3. Hi all! Want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your amazing support, we're half way through the year and we've smashed any possible milestone we set so far! 2 customers joined the team this month, Ross and Jay (in the middle), to become part of TORQEN Team for which we're terribly proud! Together with Coz (right) and Vasu (he missed the photo today), this brings our team to a total of 11, 5 in UK and 6 in Romania. We're organising a big meet @ TORQEN HQ soon, my colleague Jay is working on the details as we speak. We hope to see many of you here. Keep safe and once again, THANK YOU!
  4. That Battalion Z sticker... Now seriously, when do I collect? I need this car!
  5. Hi and welcome to the club, congrats on your purchase! We have plenty of JWT clutches in stock with a standard iron flywheel or the lighter flywheel (a bit more chatter at idle, but faster acceleration). Also worth considering to inspect and replace the concentric slave cylinder if required, they tend to fail and if they do, the gearbox would have to come out again. Let me know if you need the links and will get these posted here.
  6. Welcome to the club and good luck with the hunting!
  7. Some updated info to help people coming here from search engines: VSC / Recall issued by Nissan on 28th March 2013, campaign ref. P3208. “On Thursday 28th March 2013 the campaign (ref. P3208) was loaded onto dealer computer systems. Cars that qualify for the campaign are early 370Z and GT-R models which have steering locks 48700-JF00B and 48700-JF00C. These would be replaced with the most recent item 48700-JF00D.” There is no time limit on the campaign and there is no upper limit on the mileage of the car. I've attached a photo with how mine was looking like before being replaced, that's on the 370z. The part number you need is: D8700-JF00D, this supersedes, 48700-JF00A, 48700-JF00B, 48700-JF00C, and 48700-JF00D.
  8. Guys, save yourself the money and persevere with Nissan, they have to do it under recall campaign. Some info to help: VSC / Recall issued by Nissan on 28th March 2013, campaign ref. 9. 370z was 2009, GT-R was 2010. Out of warranty both. Recall doesn't have to be under warranty, it's a safety recall.
  10. Just had a quick look at the red Nismo, here's what I think: 1. Car has been resprayed, door handles are body colour and blend very well, which tells me they were sprayed at the same time with the doors / other panels. From what I remember Nismos don't come in red, but I might be wrong. 2. DRLs are missing, sounds like a front crash, didn't want to replace these when rebuilding the car as they're expensive 3. Wheels have also been powdercoated, not the original finish. 4. Front bumper doesn't align properly with the bonnet, could be an aftermarket / EuroCarParts bonnet or the it wasn't properly adjusted. HPI check seems to pass, but could be an unrecorded accident. Needs a proper look and way better price. Good luck with the hunting.
  11. Congrats, Steve! Just to make sure we're helping with your addiction, we've blocked you from the website.
  12. Hi, There are many threads in here explaining the issue and the complaint procedure etc. I've personally had both my first 370z and the GT-R steering locks sorted by Nissan under warranty here in UK. Adrian
  13. It doesn't, different part numbers too.
  14. Are you looking for used or new? We should have these in stock if you want new and solid bushes: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/suspension-steering/bushes/27103-350z-isr-performance-solid-differential-mount-bushings-is-z33-diff.html If you want polly we have Whiteline and Energy Suspension.
  15. You have the patience of a car detailer!!! Oh, wait!
  16. Oh, well, we lost another brother... Did you get a GTR R35 then?
  17. In my experience, you'd soon hate the car, scraping the exhaust and W brace on every speed bump. Also geometry needs to be adjusted, rear camber arms at minimum, otherwise you'd go very quickly through tyres. 15-20mm drop maximum and you'll be fine.
  18. Come by TORQEN tomorrow, hear our 370z in person, Invidia Gemini + TORQEN HFCs.
  19. Added the shop 370z with A-Plan this year, they beat everyone - £285.00 Axa Insurance - £481.59 SkyInsurance - £waiting for the quote Chris Knott Insurance - £no answer Prestige Keep Moving - £1,831.91 A-Plan - £285.00 Performance Direct - £1,451.67 Brentacre Insurance - £waiting Privilege - £797.19
