Mine started doing this at about 8 months old/6k miles. It coincided with the onset of winter and is notably worse in cold weather. Flagged it at first service for them to look at but was told by the tech it was normal/car settling after exit. Be interested to hear what your dealer says. thats got to be complete and utter b*ll*cks - mines 2 years old now (25k miles) and it doesn't do that

I agree - black wheels do look good on a white car for photo's - use a photbucket account and use the image link

you can also sometimes come across a speed limit in a village that has a black circle on a white background with red numbers ie 30mph - this is a recommended speed and likely where the council are trying to impose a legal limit - they will eventually accrue enough data to show vehicles are slowing down and will then impose an enforcable limit on the area

if they dont want them - I'll happily use them

there are many posts on this - its a temperature issue (most likely) its too cold at the moment - I think anything below about 8 deg C (not sure on the actual number - but its well documented) use the search function
