  1. Yep - too early at the mo! I reckon another 2 weeks or so and they should be posted up.
  2. Had mine for around 1.3 years now and still undecided.... it doesn't feel as much fun as my previous Focus ST (played with) and I do keep looking at Evos, Focus RS and Caymans - then come back to the 350z then think about FI - I just can't decide!
  3. I did the Stelvio pass and Nurburg ring couple of years ago in a mini Europe trip with the Audi tt boys and girls! Amazing trip and would love to do it again!
  4. Christ - you've even perfected the door shuts and everything.... That's an amazing job! Taras - how can I get hold of some samples for the new range of wraps Helix now do? e.g. the matt red - I'm knowing going back on my pearl white idea All Octet's fault!
  5. Gorgeous car and shame it's gone! Did it go local in the end?
  6. Car looks stunning - really like that front bumper and pearl white has alwas been one of my favourite colours along with candy apple red (Now that on a 350 would look amazing I reckon!). With regards to wrapping you def need to tell your insurance, and Ideally I'd recommend that you should tell the DVLA about the wrap as well especially if it's a complete colour change. It's the DVLA database that the police use to check car details - if a plate comes up showing a red car but it's now white, expect the plod to pull you over for chat. Obviously you won't have done anything wrong but they don't appear to really like having their time wasted
  7. Cracking looking! I'm actually looking around for an older T4 as a second car/van along with the 350Z - again like you for camping and to tow a crap track car eventually
  8. Omg I've had a little wee! That looks stunning - Dead jealous I think a blitz spoiler would finish that off lovely! Def getting mine booked in for the new year
  9. Ohhhhh that's teasing! Looks gorgeous! I love that colour - looks a bit baby blue from the pics as well which I love on the GT3! lol Keep up the great work!
  10. I'm planning on doing this over the Xmas period.... I've got 2 of those polythene seat covers to cover over the seats and going to tape up the dash as best as I can before setting it off. Apparently a few people have found these "sprays" to get on dash and leave white marks (which don't come off) and/or darken dash panels - so I'm nervous! lol AutoGlym do one but it's quite expensive, though I'm planning on using the comma one - it's had good reviews across various site. 11. there's also blinkbox to add in now as well I've currently got LoveFilm - 4 DVDs.BlueRays a month and unlimited online for about £10 a month - but the online is a bit disappointing at the mo. Nothing really up-to-date.... Though it's great it's on the PC, Xbox, PS3 nad the Ipad/Iphone.....
  12. Hi All Does anyone know where you can get hold of a V2 or V3 rear spoiler for the 350z? I've trawled the web but can't seem to find anywhere.....
  13. Good point! Hadn't really realised - maybe they just feel older to me. Having had an escort cab as a second car a while ago the soft top ruins it for me as well. The roof spends most of the time up for me! Lol
  14. Hmmmm guess I'm going to be popular then! lol After owning the 350Z for a while I've been quite disappointed..... prior to it I had a Ford Focus ST3 and I've got to admit I had more fun in that than ever the 350Z - in fact it had more power (I know power isn't everything) but I feel the 3.5 lump is just that - a lump. It doesn't feel as alive as my ST which really surprised me. That said, I've always wanted a 350z as they are in my opinion one of the most gorgeous cars around (and still are!) and one of my dream cars (S2000 and 997 are top on the list as well, but with thr S2000 being a soft top and to me it feels old its put me offi till they get real cheap ). All my friends and family have commented that it's a far more grown up and elegant car - the amount of looks you get and thumbs up for approval is interesting.... I'm actually looking into a few other cars to see if it's me or the car - and yes the Evo 8/9 is at the top of the list along with a 370z and Cayman S. Also looking at forced options to see if that will cheer me up.... I'll go hide now.....
  15. Bulb changes across the car can make a big difference I've found (I'm still yet to do some though! lol). But as others have said - vinyl wrapping bits like the strut bar, and the driver/passenger door handles are nice features - mine were both scratched to hell so I had to do it
  16. Any updates Octet? I'm here with popcorn and the coke and no updates

  18. Ah wasn't sure what infrastructure you're using - I've got a dedicated box sitting behind our site. Could even go old school and run IRC then use a java based IRC editor. Runs full services on user's computers and IRC channel.
  19. Other option could be to change to ShoutBox (free addon for IPboard) instead of using their IPChat. I'm going down that route for the club I manage - hope it helps
  20. Heads up - it could be a corrupt XML with the import into the control panel. recently had this with the car club I run the website for Any help needed just ask!
  21. Don't weld do s14 cam covers as well? Looks like they are easier to source but no idea if they fit? Car is looking great! Giving me a kick up the bum to do mine
  22. Ah - thanks both! Was looking to try and get something that looked good but also protected the bottom of the bumper from scrapes - I thought a splitter could be "tricked" into doing the job
  23. The plastic speaker cover is def easier to get than blanking plates or alike! I picked one up off eBay recently but any jap dismantlers often have them in stock!n parts Gateway found a few for me but eBay was cheaper at the time! Meanwhile a non-gt is probably a better starting place as you don't have the crap Bose stuff to start with! You should be able to build a simple mdf box to house then run an amp in the other bay. If you decide to go both subs (what I've got planned) then I'm putting the amps in the back with a custom build underneath the strut. But depending on amp size you may be able to mount them in the cubby holds, under the chairs or possibly boot floor
