  1. I've done the same as plummerman just not finished! Lol Didn't know they need to dim when lights are on
  2. Either of you doing the 30th March track day there? Thinking of going and trying my 350z out on the track
  3. Kris - I think with the revups the only option is wheel liner - I've tried the other way twice and no joy!
  4. Hi Mick I went last year and fell in love with the place! We did 5 nights and I wish I'd managed to afford another 2 . Whatever you do don't fly BA they were crap! My Virgin experiences are much better (suit you!) The Andaz in Wall Street is an amazing hotel - highly recommend. Some highlights of trip: Statue of Liberty The beast boat trip Def do the 3 sightseeing bus trip routes and the night tour is amazing Top of the rock Watch jersey boys Watch the Mormons Movie tour (photos of ghostbusters fire station! Sweet!) The ride (hilarious fun!) Cycle over the bridges Horse and carriage through Central Park Play the "big" piano in Schwarz Visit to Tiffanys (but you will spend a fortune!) And the churches there are amazing inside Def recommend a metro card for the tube - so easy to get everywhere! Avoid food in Times Square - so expensive and full of rude foreign waitresses! However amazing place to eat is the A salt and battery - it's a British chip shop which was fantastic! Umm any other advice/help just ask! Lol did quite a bit of research before going! Hoping to go back in 2 years!
  5. Damn! now you're tempting me to get rid of the Scorpion back box and go for a full system..... Need to count pennies and see if there is someone local who will fit
  6. Think I've always had names for my cars! Lol Mines called Kenzo - my previous cars include Barbara, Oldy,Jaffa, Sarah-Louise, Megan, Shadow, Taz, Henry, Davins, Naxy and Viv - think I've missed one or two but you get the jist! Lol
  7. Hi All Had the 350Z for around a year and a half and decided that it doesn't have enough kick from me. I've been looking around at the forced induction options and having had a turbo car in the past, I fancy a change and going super charger. However my 350Z is a rev-up model and looking at all the FI cars here and the power I'm starting to really think I should have saved my money bought a DE version and still have roughly the same power output if I go down the SC route? I'd also save on the road tax? Is there actually any advantage to having a revup if super charging?
  8. Agree with RT - I personally would like a drop off solution - not aware of many garages to me that would be willing to take this in let alone I'd trust but always hear good stories about Abbey, Horsham and RT! Any reason why GTM is being preferred? Is it a better set up than a Vortech? Only reason I'm asking is I'm waying up the costs if going FI compared to a different car and alike
  9. Octet Car sounds great! quick question - will the art pipes still pass the MOT like the berk HFCs? Or do you need to replace temporarily like decats? Oh by the way - is your car a rev up?
  10. I was in the same dilemma about 2 years ago! Loved the looks of the Z4M coupe but had always wanted a 350z as well. Test drove both and personally for me the 350z was far more comfortable, drove better and the interior was far superior! I couldn't believe how bad, basic and cheap the Beemer looked inside. I've been looking round other cars last couple of months and did test dive an M3 which was amazing to drive but again the interior for me was shocking
  11. Did this sell in the end? Or still available?
  12. Omg if everyone turned up that would be mad! Think it'll be one of the biggest turn outs for a show won't it? Can't wait (yes I get excited easily! Hehe)
  13. Welcome! Hope to see you in our welsh meets real soon I'm in Bridgend so not far at all!
  14. Yep - the ReAct scheme in Wales is pretty good for that. Friends have used it in the past for god knows what. One even used it to do his HGV tests and exams while another used it for Taxi training! lol Just be checking in with our PM manager here and she recommended RedTray as well so def have a look. Apparently Projtraining wasn't that good so ignore my initial recommendation! lol SX Dave - is that the Greenwich community college one? you finding it good? they were offering the course through groupon as well with a bloody wicked discount Sorry Ricey!
  15. Was getting steamed up windows really badly - found one of my door seals was knackered and letting water in. Replaced but still causing probs - used silicone packs and a pingu to dry some up, gave the windows a bloody good dry with kitchen towel, cleans with meg pro windows cleaner, and dried again with towels. Then applied gumfe treatment on all rubbers and a total transformation!
  16. Prince 2 free in Wales? Ummm not that I'm aware of! Uni courses maybe! Some funding depending on quals and objective areas but that feature was also available in England via react and business link schemes! Guess it all depends on what type of pm'ing you want to and what industry sector?! If you wanted to go into say CRM or web then personally I'd say you're wasting your time with prince 2 and would recommend looking at scrum or Kanban. Traditional hardware and infrastructure can and do still benefit from traditional prince - projtraining and knowledge academy have both been quite good. I've also found some of the smaller providers often provide better services! Ill try and hunt down the provider we've used in the past but being in web were moving more to agile or relaxed prince 2/waterfall
  17. Can we extend diffusers to lips/skirts? hehe I'd love to see the Fabulous rear diffuser/skirt, Buddy cup lip, JP Vizage Type N skirt or the Vertex lip And I'd die for the Stillen Type 2 rear lip
  18. Check whether it's Bluetooth compatible - if so you can add the Pioneer DC-BTB200 on to it to deliver Bluetooth handsfree and audio streaming. Alternatively add a Parrott bluetooth kit on - they are great run them in my other cars for years and works perfect with Pioneer, Alpine and Kenwood stereos and screens
  19. What software/apps are people using to record? I tried a few times in the past but never really got into it, but would be ideal to help with balancing the books!
  20. I tend to drive her to around 40 mile then top right up - around £99 or so each time.... Damn it's an expensive hobby! lol

  23. Greenlight rejected me when I went from a 320bhp Focus ST to a 300bhp 350Z. Simply phoned Sky Insurance and they sorted me out - admittedly it was over double what I was paying for the ST all in - but alas no other real options if I want to continue modding. It's already come down for the renewal and I'm hoping that next year I can shop around (but hopefully Sky come back with a great offer!).
  24. Binned or sold most of mine - PS2, Amiga 500, Atari ST, SNES, etc.... but still have a load of emulators on the PC to cover them Anyone remember the Neo Geo? that was an awesome hand-held!
