  5. Might want to learn to control the power you have first, before remapping! viewtopic.php?f=9&t=55379
  6. between 2700-6000 And now you know why your insurance is so high. Insurance companies statistically think people your age are more likely to kill/damage their cars doing donuts. And you have just proved them right. Then WE wonder why OUR insurance premiums are so high...
  7. Ben, wouldn't you be better off getting an American one? Steering wheel would be on the wrong (left) side of the car, then you would be better off driving it in France...
  8. Easy to paint/spray at a later date for impact though. If/when he goes for a new white paint job on the car, he could have the alloys done at the same time Personally, I would have also gone for black to start with. Makes the car look like it is hovering!
  9. Is that not part of the idea/video for Metallica's "One" ?
  10. I'd love to get it and have a go.... but I would end up like this:
  11. THAT is good to know. Cheers Zugara! Might have to have an "emo" look for the weekend. Guessing sticking towels on the edges would prevent the self-harm?
  12. Yeah, old boy is a cult film.. Couple of sick bits in it. Being Japanese myself and fluent in the language helps me appreciate these sort of films. Battle Royale is a big fave of mine too Err.....isn't Old Boy a korean movie? .......and Tarmac can barely speak English never mind Japanese! Tarmac... can you explain to me a movie I watched last night called "In The Realm Of The Senses" .... Did it mean anything? Or was it JUST porn? {edit}To explain, we have been trying to go through the IMDB top 500 movies and this was on the list from LoveFilm. Seemed to just be hardcore porn!{/edit} You like Fargo "Ehh" ... (said in as close to a Canadian accent as I can) Not a film, but on the same lines as Fargo... I LOVE LOVE LOVE "Twin Peaks" ...
  13. Yeah, old boy is a cult film.. Couple of sick bits in it. Being Japanese myself and fluent in the language helps me appreciate these sort of films. Battle Royale is a big fave of mine too oohhh.. yes. Battle Royale. The re-make is AWFUL though.
  14. Thought RunLolaRun was great... but the awful dubbing ruined it... Need to watch again with subtitles instead.
  15. Tarmac..... you appreciate "Old Boy" ...? Great film
  16. That is what I thought. Proper last resort kinda thing?
  17. Really? I heard OK reviews on some of them.... (briefly taking the thread back on topic) Have you used them and they are pants Jix?
  18. 19" is XXL? May pop back down to see if there are any left that will fit my 18's... Thats what the guy in ASDA said mate. Might want to double check it when you get there. He did look like the gene pool hadn't been kind! Will do, cheers.
  19. I recon this is the best answer.... Ask them about masking tape... see what they say as you are not really supposed to put ANYTHING on the paintwork for a while are you? If you are still on jury duty, could you leave it with them for 6 weeks?
  20. 19" is XXL? May pop back down to see if there are any left that will fit my 18's...
  21. Popped into ASDA yesterday and there is a display case with a load of own brand "Snow Socks" in! Will try to find out what they are exactly but anyone else seen them? Might be worth a punt for winter! Found em .. "TEX-Chain" http://direct.asda.com/TEX-Car-Snow-Soc ... a&istBid=t
  22. If the car is where I think it is... would they not do a quick 20 second wrap on the front end for you with "any" spare wrap they have laying around? Presuming you are spending a decent lump of cash with them...?
  23. My Casper sits on the back steps and watches the fireworks....which is funny as he is a pansy with everything else! ChrisS is spot on. If they are nervous now, it is pretty much too late. Worst thing you can do is actually acknowledge the fireworks in the first place when they are growing up. My crazy EBT couldn't careless about them. My in-laws have a dog who don't like them and those "plug-in" things do nothing, even if used right and in conjunction with a CD of fireworks. Pointless I am afraid.
