Just been out to have another look. Like I said, there is the noise but nothing else. It sound like the washer pump is working, but the motor/function for pushing the jets out of the front of the bumper isn't working. Tried pulling them out manually a little myself and they seem to be on a motor, which doesn't seem to be stuck/seized. Any ideas peeps?

Can someone help me with a headlamp washer problem? The only bloomin' thing (I hope!) that I forgot to test before I bought the car! Push the button on the right/bottom of the dash and I get a windscreen wiper noise, but nothing happens. Can anyone tell me if I am missing something? Or if I need to do something else? Or if it is going to need "fixing" .... Cheers guys!

Hey Zugara.... Thanks for pointing them out, but not my cup of tea... Plus the would be directly over the indicators that are there all ready, suppose I would have to have them blanked off?

Not saying I HAVENT been out... I have! Lit up the ESP light a couple of times, going to wait till it's dry before pushing any more ... Anyone have a part number for the side emblem?

OK... JUST picked up my Gun Metal 2003 GT! The only reason I'm not out in it now is because it is raining and this is my first RWD motor. One of the Z badges on the side of the car is missing. Can anyone tell me the best place to pick another one/pair up from? I am cool buying from eBay, just need to know which ones to buy. I'm happy with standard for now... Anyone help me out by pointing me in the right direction?

To be honest... I do really like the Azure. But my two choices were either Azure or Gun... and a Gun GT came up at the right price. So I nabbed it!

I was doing some flying laps in a TVR... everything was going well. The owner was with me... and was TELLING me to push harder as, under all my weird mix of bravado and underselling, I am actually a pretty good driver. I was coming out of a LONG right hand-er and just touched the gas a TINY little bit too early... i.e. steering wheel still 5 degrees right rather than dead straight... and I did just under 7 spins in just over 7 seconds. Went off into the grass, so no biggy. Mistakes on the track can be forgiving.... but NOT on the road! I think I learned my lesson... (Well, I HOPE I have!)

Yeah... The wheels look good from a distance.... OK from closer... but a little scuffed close up. But I think they are still a way off needing a refurb yet.... Just gotta remember I am not in my diesel with 14" steels an HUGE tyres!

Don't get me wrong... I have driven lots of RWD motors... I have an infatuation with TVR's... Driven lots of them (and spun a few, but only on the track) TOTALLY agree with the altering of driving style. Going to have to change so I don't end up in a ditch and/or facing the wrong way down the road...

Thought I'd chuck up a couple of piccys... These are from the Autotrader AD... Seats could do with a feed... Engine bay needs a GOOD clean! All in all, I think it is a pretty clean car. Couple of scratches here and there, as well as a pretty big round (6cm) scrape/dent at the bottom on the rear bumper. But that can be sorted at a later date.... What do people think? HONESTLY?

No chance of a hot dry day till next year I think Will look into those mods! It currently has a CAI on it, but I am willing to move to something else if it is better. Yeah, THAT is a good idea. I always say the first cash should ALWAYS be spent on rubber and brakes. I think the Brembo's should cover the brakes. but tyres should be the next thing for me to look at. Great pointer. Yup... Something along the lines of .... One of my friends is a REAL piston head. Currently drives some big Beamer but his REAL car is in the garage. A 200ZX, currently getting towards Stage4 and 400brake. It is all shrouded in secrecy and hasn't been on the road for 2 years (Not likely to be for another 2 either!) Im hoping he may be able to give me some pointers on my FIRST RWD motor. Little worried I will run out of talent VERY fast in this bloody rain.. Anyone have any pointers? Other than "DON'T TURN OF THE TC!!"

What a great idea... I suppose the first £300's worth of fuel goes pretty rapidly! My biggest problem is the weather, raining here and will be from now till probably next year Coupled with my lack of skills. This is my first RWD motor and I am pretty scared of "running out of talent" too soon Any pointers? Other than "Don't turn of the TC!"

Hey peeps! I pick up my 2003 UK Gun metal GT today! I have everything planned for it.. it is currently SORN, so I am taking it to the PO and getting it taxed. Did a little research (of course) before I bought and I thought my Road Tax was going to be £435 But on the "For Sale" section on this forum, there is a quote from a RECENT (Aug 2010) post saying: So I am now a little confused Can anyone tell me if I have got the price of the tax wrong.... would be GREAT if I had!
