i dont really have any problems with horses on the roads..they do damage it a fair bit though so think the should pay something for maintenance etc the owners may pay for other taxes but those taxes are on other vehicles (which dont damage the road as much as a horse) is methane an emission??
Plus from a safety aspect the increase for over steer and aquapooing are greatly increased if you hit a wet patch
check the amp and see if there is anything loose, does the buzz noise come through the speakers? If not I guess find out where the buzzer is and try and trace the wire to its source.
decats wont pass mot so would have to swap them every year, to be honest its just initially unseizing them, once you have them undone once they will come on and off afterwards easier.
I would take it to a garage and bung them a tenner or so and get them to crack all the nuts for you (they will probably use blow torch aswell and as from past experience its better to do that on a ramp )
Then pop home and change the rest yourself
I bit the bullet and got an expensive one with which does data logging as well , at least it reads my scooby as well so that was a bonus.
pedal dance is a good short term solution if you record the flashes and post on here someone will figure the code out for you
some good points Chris B! as they say 'better safe than sorry' i may have to install next year now as cant justify a further £1000 this year on top of the current spend.
Im sure i read all the uprev maf does is increase the resistance that some braniac used to do to something to stock mafs in the US (but he gone now )
I would imagine its not easy and potential for problems as not done professionally by a company
im having the same issue ian but with fuel return system as well, its a minimum £400 extra that in US they seem to add in when they go over 400hp but recommended from the offset over here by everyone I spoke to. I have everything but those two things so am in a bit of a predicament where to go.
I too am aiming for your goals 360-400hp but do I install or do I spend a further £1000 (uprev maf/fuel return system) then install? plus will any of the tuners tell me they wont do it because i don't have those items? ive asked and they recommend getting FRS, quite a pickle im in
keep going russ mate looking good, i remember doing mine i was sanding and filling for days you will get there and the day its ready for painting is all worth it
sorry mate, do you have to take the lot out to get to that bit? mission if you do!its come out really well, door pull definately makes it better, you should do door handle surround as well, im giving you more work
