I would wire brush then key the area, then treat with Anti Corrosion and seal with Hammerite or other.

Some 350's in the US are running 21" which I feel a tad too large.

I run the same wheels too Pete, however have a much deeper lip. I am selling these if anybody interested just ha e tyres fitted to them. B)

There have been a couple on here recently having had new mohair options, i'm sure they will post up when they see this

The Swan neck one is better with two arms, that fits through the rear bumper each side of the number plate and bolts directly on to the rear bumper reinforcer.
