Lovely car Amy, hope you have better luck with this one. I have a K1 on mine and although it sounds nice with baffles in I prefer the looks of them out, it is loud but I don't find it bad on long motorway journeys and haven't had to turn the radio up, may help that I only drive once a week, if I drove all the time I could see it getting tedious, I also think with decats it would be unbearable lol

It's been on about enfield having 50 but at some point there was a good few hundred of them in eltham, charlton fans one end and millwall the other, riot vans and helicopter turned up recently (more than likely to keep an eye on them than the thugs), not looking like its going to calm down anytime soon, but they've definitely managed to keep them out after last night's damage.

We should linky this thread to the PM, not that he'll do anything, but they need to start taking into account the "real" people as that's who its hurting, the thugs won't get punished, they won't have to put things right, they won't be re-building business/homes/lives. If any of them get caught and banged up we'll be paying for their luxury in prison too. They've been complaining for years how prisons are already overflowing which is why they let rapists etc. out early, so where would they put the thousands of idiots who are creating this mess. Riots re-starting where I live in the last hour or so, I'm in London at the mo so no idea if I can get home later. Apparently Bluewater has been hit and Lakeside is shut and on high alert as with other surrounding areas. Thankfully at least the Zed is safe and the cat is tucked up indoors none the wiser, although he won't be impressed if he's not allowed out again tonight!

Hi Alessandro Did you solve this problem? Mine does it but very intermittently. First two times were on the way to JapShow in June she cut out twice going towards a roundabout off the motorway, where steering went so heavy I literally couldn't turn the wheel and had to bump start it. It also happened twice yesterday, once turning into a road, the other was coming off of the M25, yet again towards a tight turn. I need to solve this asap before my car kills me so any help is appreciated. Nissan said they've never heard of the problem before and said to do throttle resets etc. but wondered if you were able to cure your problem as it sounds similar to mine. I did pm you but its still sitting in my outbox since last night. Thanks Vix

My discs got warped on my old car because it was never driven and although not cheap they weren't expensive either

I get about 3mpg more on super so not a big difference but I use it because its what it says to, if I can't get it though, I have no problem with putting the normal stuff in just prefer not to.

A real mixture of genres on my ipod at the moment from slow and mushy (not many of those) to dance/trance to rock and heavy metal but I have to say the most memorable tracks from growing up (i'm an 80s baby), which I think were originally heard through family members (mainly dad and older brother) and which I still love now are U2 - with or without you REM - everybody hurts Guns n roses - november rain Guns n roses - knocking on heavens door Not the most cheerful or upbeat songs but then truly ironic ones generally aren't lol

I have to agree with Sam the Supra rear is still stunning Ignore the inside of the door, she was still at the body shop at the time lol and with a little spruce, the interior can be brightened up too lol Promise not to hijack with pics anymore lol Me and Mike have had this discussion recently and I've even had the same thing with my dad, in that if we sold our cars what would we get next. I don't think there's anything close enough to the Supra (jap wise) at the moment that we would enjoy as much and with the zed I'd probably go 370z as the GTR is way out of my price range for a good few years yet!!

Lol thanks Ricey, she's even more gorgeous in the flesh. I admit I see some at shows and think "that poor car, what the **** have you done!" But as well as modding her and bringing up to date, we've also tried not to go way over the top e.g. no massive ice and everything added has been kept pretty simple really. Look out for her in Japanese performance mag soon lol

We have a Supra TT6 as well as the Zed and, yes she's a little dated inside but most Japanese interiors (even more recent ones) don't particularly live up to their exteriors. As with reliability and performance, since my boyfriend (mplavery) imported his Supra back in 2006 she's been an absolute dream (rushing to touch the closest bit of wood). She handles amazingly and never puts a foot wrong (more driver error than the car). He has also had two MR2 turbos and I know given the chance he would get another. I see more issues with newer cars than I do with older Japanese cars that have been looked after and well cared for and there are some stunning examples around both modded and standard. Personally I do think the standard ones are looking a little dated but with a few tweeks here and there sometimes you would never guess that they are old cars. Although he likes the 350z, he is always disappointed when he remembers it's and n/a and has no kick from the turbos, so would miss the Supra if he ever sold her Personally (and yes I know she isn't standard and has plenty of mods) but I think she definitely holds her own against the Zed which is 9 years younger, and would actually say she's even more of a looker. You would never guess to look at her that she's 15 years old. Some of the interior has been sprayed too but I don't appear to have pics of that She is actually Liquid Yellow but I have an appaulling camera phone, so apologies for picture quality

Definitely try admiral, flux quoted me over 4k, sky wanted 700, but admiral were 630 with my tints, breakdown took it up to 700 but my miles are limited to 6k, and I have mike and my dad on it lol
