  1. Unless you are on a stand arranged by the show organisers (power & style or ultimate car collection etc.) it doesn't really matter, we turned up about 11 one year lol the only limit is the public can't get in too early but those with club stand passes can turn up whenever they like (that's what its been the last few years anyway)
  2. Yep, horse for me too, finally got him when I was 15, he's now 26 and retired
  3. Ordered one, received two lol handy as it my boyfriend's birthday in a few weeks lol
  4. Got my tracking details
  5. Ordered let's see how many of us actually get them lol
  6. Car's looking great! I love Smurfs Do we have a Smurfs smilie?
  7. Both my plenum and throttle body are polished, the actual block which you're trying to polish I'm hopefully getting painted, so much easier than keeping it shiny lol
  8. Do you know how much they charge to re gas both struts? I don't sorry, but as far as I know it's cheaper than buying a new pair, but means you will have to do without yours for a few days, I don't know if you've ever felt the real weight of the boot, but its seriously heavy lol
  9. Welcome
  10. Just remember that the £27.99 is each, they are sold separately so remember to order two lol
  11. I think the 27.99 ones are strong enough for a spoiler, the others aren't but I dont know, they're the ones I have. They are a direct replacement, no cutting required, if you don't want new ones they will regas your oem ones if you can do without them.
  12. I got mine from there, great service, now they're so strong I struggle pulling the lid down lol
  13. Congratulations, he's gorgeous
  14. Yep, they had all the ones I wanted but unfortunately the heads were too small for the hole really without washers which wouldn't have looked right with the bolts I wanted, I'm going to see what's about at this years shows for ideas Whole bay in the bolts I wanted was ....£180! (they were titanium drilled race bolts though lol) I'm ignoring titanium now lol
  15. Thanks, be good to know how you get on I ordered the gunmetal titanium race spec ones, but the heads are too small and would need washers too which wouldn't look right, I ordered the 18 engine bay bolt sizes on chilli's code and also the strut bar ones.
  16. Where did you get yours from in the end? I'm having serious difficulty getting exactly what I want. The plenum bolts are the hardest to source. I've got two options 1 : go for aluminium and get them anodised 2 : go with pro bolts and pay a fortune The main problem is getting all the required bolts under one roof, in the right style. For instance I can't seem to source a M6 x 70mm in a flat Allen head. I can get normal Allen head but not sure they would be suitable for the plenum? I got them from Pro-bolt, they have since gone back though as the heads were too small, just waiting on my refund. Search their site though (if you haven't already) as they do have a big selection, I just told them the style I wanted and used Chilli Red's engine code the set they had made up. I didn't want the plenum ones as I've polished mine (was easier and cheaper).
  17. I'm 30, look younger, but feel much much older lol
  18. thats the layout for 2011 Lol I thought it was a bit early, they usually only release it a week before, oops explains why the ultimate car collection stand isn't on there which is what I was looking for lol
  19. I have my UK one in the for sale section (back box and mid pipe)
  20. Non-specific show layout for this year http://www.japfest.co.uk/2011/05/09/che ... ub-layout/
  21. It's fine, no heat soak issues, still have my old HKS kit, but I prefer the look of this one
  22. As the weather is finally improving (occasionally anyway), we thought it was about time that the goodies Mike got me for Xmas should be fitted lol Firstly, to go with my Nismo oil cap, came the Nismo rad cap :thumbup1: Excuse the photo it was taken on my crappy HTC!! Samco Coolant Hoses And then fitted It was also about time she had a proper detail inside and out, so seeing as I was fiddling with the engine bay anyway it seemed like the best place to start. After 3.5 hours with a toothbrush (no I'm not joking lol), Autoglym Tar and Glue Remover, Meguiars Engine Clean, Chemical Guys VRP (for the rubber and plastics) and Meguiars Engine Dressing, I managed to get most of the manufacturer's wax off of 1/4 of the bay, so instead of a washed out black/blue, it is now a nice shiny black - really hard going but amazing improvement, I have an after pic, but not a before one but hopefully will get the rest done tomorrow and will take a pic of the other side before I start Now all I need to do is finish the bay, detail my wheels, the paint and the interior and then she'll be ready for shows again
