Hi mate and welcome, the face lift was brought out 2006 your correct he has fitted early headlights becouse is a big difference in price, as for question with the bumper there should be no issues as you can face-lift headlights on a pre-lift

Got the highlight of my evening coming up the new top gear, I have access two bbc2 in for surgery tomorrow (bricking it) hope they have no emergencies come in becouse I will end up on the back burner again

Just a suggestion sparco sale reasonable priced seats, that is unless you want to stay with oem r333 are very nice look imo
