When I changed mine I put fairy liquid on the rubber and the exhaust Hanging bracket, Its slipped straight off and was alot easier to get back on

I am currently a mma fighter only had 3 fights so far but won all them so not doing bad. I train between the factory gym in benwell (Newcastle) and urban kings (London), Our team once a year fly out to brazil and Thailand to train. This takes most of my time so when I can I like to do stuff that gets the blood pumping even more than jumping in a cage (adrenaline junky) like skydiving or rally track days .

Fair point , but say they apply this method to normal tv viewing, you not think it's a good step forward ??

I think the direction there trying to take is quite huge to get two images playing on a single tv is a major step forward , Just think what could come from this and what steps are after this .

Sony are planning on releasing this bad boy - http://fwd.channel5.com/gadget-show/gad ... layer-mode This now means no more split screen playing and in theory if you want to watch moto gp and you lass wants to watch Corrination street you's could watch it on the Same tv as it would work on the same principal Only thing would be splitting the sound probably end up with ear phones attached to the glasses that would pick up your require channel for sound and vision (not sure on that one) What you's think ?? Will it take off and be the next major step in tv usage ??

Evo and 370z part was good but the Aston Martin didn't do it for me they where right why waste your money when you can get a much better cars (gtr) for the Same price or slightly less ??? would people really buy it just for the badge ??? Hopefully uk top gear meet up with USA top gear

Testing the 370z on tonights show on BBC 3 Quite impressed at the moment as they seem to actually test the cars properly and give a more realistic verdict of the cars performance Has anyone else watched it and what you think ??
