Dont think NIssan will have a problem with it, they want your cash, so whats it matter to them what mods are done on any car? You shouldnt have any lights on the dash either. If you do there are ways around it. Are you talking total de-cat or HFC? De-cats may cause you an MOT failure, so you would have to swap them out every year prior to your MOT.
