I had what sounds to be this exact same thing. Only 2 differences is that mine is an MY03, making it older, and also my rust was right at the front where it meets the windscreen so the bodyshop thought that when the windscreen was changed the person was usiing a sharp tool that let water in although they saw no sign of a break in the paint (all rust was contained under the paint). Cost me £250 to get it done at a local bodyshop that did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone in the souheast!

The whole 'we only use 5% of our brains' is such an old wives tale. Couln't be further from the truth. Everone that hears this immediately pictures a brain with a tiny corner sizzling away and the rest...... well, just sitting there. Afraid we're already maxed out! Trust me, I've taken many mind expanding substances and stimulants and never managed to tip the toaster over suing just the power of my mind. I didn however managed to shart myself from trying too hard!

Title says it all. Looking for a car cover for my Zed as I dont have a garage and I'm sick of the dust and pollen that cakes on it. I detailed it one week ago and it already looks filthy. I know a spray of water would sort it out (and see all the lovely water beading) but frankly it's a ball ache to do it every weekend (which is only time I drive it). Sorry turning into a small rant but can anyone recommend a place to buy a car cover? Dont want to break the bank, just need something that works. Equally if anyone has one that they're looking to sell.......

EPIC POST?! You need to find another forum to canvass. I recommend mentallydisabledzedowners.com, who I'm sure will be more than interested in your great "cash offer". Either that or learn some manners. We're not a stuffy bunch on here but you come across like an arrogant arse!

I would say to the fella to take it to RS Tuning or Abbey to have it fully looked over with you there with him. Say if it passes their inspection then you will buy the car cash. If not then they pick up the bill for the inspection. Should sort out how confident they are with their own motor!

I bought cheap over a year ago and regretted it. Bought EBC Ultimax and yellowstuff pads and they have been a ball ache (major DTV and vibration). Know I'm not the only one on here thats had problem with EBC so I'll defo be buying better next time. Buy cheap, pay twice!

Think I'll echo what some of the others have said.......... Zed's are bulletproff as long as they've been looked after. The lack of any history and unwashed appearance indicate it's been badly looked after. I'd walk and go spend another £1500 on a better example. To be honest for £7.5-8k I think you should be able to get a nice example early model with similar or maybe even less miles. What does your head say?.......

Yeah I try and flash and wave other Zed drivers. I always seem to see Zed's when I'm walking somewhere. Would wave but dont want to look like a special person and they clearly woulnt have any idea why im doing it.
