I'm into Def Leppard, ZZ Top, AC/DC etc. and I play along to tracks on guitar to a standard that I'm happy with ... so, my project for 2019 is to learn to play drums for this music genre I'm proposing to get an electronic set but need advice, so come on guys, let me have your thoughts before I spend money ... Edited to add a snappy, cymbolic thread title (I'm not the GLA for no reason ;))

Sounds like shock absorber bushes to me ... someone more qualified will be along shortly with an answer ETA After a second listening it sounds more like the engine under-tray or wheel arch liner

Yeah they are porcelain and as I said above they're not really practical for a garage when you intend to work on the car. My skills are in construction rather than mechanical engineering so they're perfect for my needs making the garage easy to keep clean

Cheers Chris - a tiled floor is not really practical for a guy with your skilzzzz - it's a bit slippy underfoot TBH
