I worked mainly on Primary up until a couple of months ago ............. I'm now working on the BSF programme which as some may know is Secondary education ..... little kids are a lot nicer than older students .... but if you talk to them as you would anyone else and give them a bit of respect, then I find you usually get a good response and a degree respect back ......... couldn't work in a school all day though .... respect to biscuit and Cragus

Even UK cars give different readings centre gauges to Speedo ..... I don't think either are that accurate

My Arosa had problems in the cold weather just before Christmas ............ I thought I totalled the engine by driving her with the oil light coming on ..... anyway ...... GOOD NEWS ...... she came back to me today after a spell at the Garage and a bill for £366.00 including a fresh MOT certificate .......... it went like this: Just before Christmas car stopped and oil warning light came on, luckily not far from home Car left on road outside house until after Christmas RAC had a look, recovered car and trailered it to Garage Garage had a good look expecting at best a new head gasket and at worst a totalled engine problem diagnosed as frozen/ceased water pump (we had minus 18 deg C when the car stopped going) timing belt had lost a couple of notches trying to drive the water pump yours truly supplied new fluids Garage supplied everything else SORTED Happy days ...... I can now stop using the DB9 for work

Your question is easy to understand .... 1st problem (1st to 2nd when cold) is common ........... second question - I'm sorry I don't have an answer but I know it's not common .... have you tried double de-clutching 3rd to 2nd ?
