I believe it isnt the bluetooth module you need to change but the main base control unit that is in the secret cubby. Had a couple of members in the past with wrongly fitted german ones. They had to get the base unit changed. If yours is a french Zed then I would go back to Nissan.

the bose equipment in the Zed is made by clarion. Sounds like you need a auto electrician or a good audio specialist to sort the mess out
