Bloody hell it's all big feckers on here. I feel a midget at 5'10. I love the zed and find it that comfy that on long drives I tend to start falling asleep so generally have plenty of pit stops.

I'm gonna put it straight and say when reading it all thought was, what a fanny. There's no doubt, the zed isn't the fastest car in the world. Of course these small cars with 200hp per ton will keep up with u to the top end. But you know which one I'd rather be driving. I wish people would stop taking the bait of these delinquent youths driving rocket powered rusty handbags and grow up. It's fine having a little blast for fun, yep have a discussion with a few people, but don't post up a thread about it as if it's a big thing. At the end of the day you've put yourself in the firing line. There's no excuse for acting like a fanny. Not jus the other day one of our members had a tragic accident and the last thing the club wants to show is our members street racing. Take it to the track with the big boys. No wonder you're feeling embarrassed.

yep i suppose so, probs not worth the risk but if you know the guys at the garage well and they are authorised repairers for ur insurance company then no inspectors are sent out so they generally turn you a blind eye.

i havent had any problems with any modified cars. My cooper s works was completely changed, the works bodykit wasnt insured as an extra, the wheels were an extra and uprated intercooler. None of which i advised the insurance company of. I crashed it causing 5k worth of damage and the fixed it without any niggles at all.

I get about 12-13 on the track. Everyday runs about 17mpg Reset and then onto motorway I get about 24

exhaust will be alot louder, more raspier, all in all sound better. I have ordered some last week but they havent arrived yet. The will not pass an mot in the uk unless you find a friendly mot tester especially if u use the same garage to get them fitted as the test. The standard cats are quite restrictive so for more hp and better sound these are probs the way to go. Due to the resonators the do take away the annoying metally rattle slightly. Loads of vids on youtube.

Buy some from alex he has new part worns at a great price so you wont feel it much. +1 none have had punctures and cost half the price but last almost as long as new tyres

My fronts are completely bald on the inside and due to be changed before it goes back on the road. Passed mot fine with them. But done a couple of track sessions since then and it really destroyed them. Not bad for fronts, 24000 miles including a couple of track days.

21.6 ain't too bad. Mines is sitting at 15.6 just now lol
