if a account is deleted it may affect the threads where they have posted, one option is perhaps name the account as Retired like Removed which we did for Val. One thing to consider is plus if a member may end up returning to the forum after 3 years and there account has been terminated then it gets messy with new accounts. I dont see any problem with how it is its because there is so many unused account with names people may want. Why not send a group email for everybody to confirm and then the ones that dont just delete. Suzuki oc terminated mines after a year of not logging on
