Husky it does look crap in person I have seen it close up - there is no shine to it as such - the camera shows it looking brighter than it is but it looks quite flat and well unless I worked for Elton John I would be ashamed to be seen in or near that thng - get it recovered in a nice colour anything bright pink will do.... just looks cheap and tackie!! Oh well Footballers, Carpet Millionares and Chavs ... walk this way Stew - they keep moving the stock round - the only exotic thing they have in there is the Ikea sofa in white leather! As I said Mike I know what I'm aiming for ..................- my car is no garage queen and I spend around two or more hours a day driving so don't want to be deafened or have my fillings rattled out - I'm more interested in performance and I don't want to know its even there until I hit 3k rpm no point at all then if its for perforamnce reasons. You may as well stay with stock exhaust. Really?!!! Gosh well Milltek & one of our own traders must be talking out their arses then! So are you saying the Milltek has no better flow or larger tubes than stock? I know that the ECu will re-adjust itself pretty quickly - but as my other plans include spacer and re-tune I think perhaps we should just reserve judgment don't you?

as long as its done properly i dont think its a problem. i see the previous owner of mine as one who just pushed it into 5th and 6th from 2nd 3rd regardless of the revs at the time.

like 4 and 8 top job

tell that to my 5th and 6th they are fooked. i reckon a previous owner was a fan of a block change from low to high with no rev matching forcing synchros to get trashed.
