Disagree OEM non rays are 225/45/18 fronts and 245/45/18 rear unless the r888's use a differnt sizing system, 245 255 would be way off.

if its really small current draw you can take the gamble nissan gave enough margin in their wire spec you can get away with using the stereo one. still better to run a new one really. its not too hard to run a new wire through the rubber boot behind the battery, check out the ICE install section, there will be a guid eon there somewhere
