  10. sweet, thanks, opens up a world of colours and isnt a b'tard to get on
  11. hey only a couple of things If you look inside the red circle the stitching looks red to me? it may be the camera that makes the colour look off but it should be orange which would suggest the seats have been re-covered? looking in the green circle might also suggest this if that's wrinkled leather? The cubby circled in this picture isnt the original unit, the cubby from this car should be an up and over type opening cubby not a flap type and it should be grey which matches the rest of that section of dash. thats not a big spoiler quite a common one on here
  12. i just bought some matt black heat resist paint. if it doesnt work it can always be repainted. just try it and see how it goes
  13. anyone got an angle measuring device, i want to start comparing side wall angles. maybe i will break out the trigonometry.
  14. believe it or not i put strut brace polish into the search and low and behold viewtopic.php?f=26&t=37388&hilit=+strut+brace+polish
  15. Well, yes and no yes of course its a bit of metal and can be polished... however it is not stainless so will rust really REALLY easily. So you need to coat it with laquer, i haven't had the chance to get mine to a painters yet.
  16. I think Husky polished his strut brace ........ check out his recent posts have a think about that suggestion  needle heystack
  17. the profile of the tyre imo is important in getting the correct look, obviously combined with the width. on my wheels i made sure i got as wider front tyres as possible so that they wouldnt look stretched and would match up with the rears properly which are pretty big. i still think the 295's at the back are the tiniest bit stretched looking and im really tempted to go 305 for the next set, either that or see what oterh brands look like as the vredestines have a very rounded shoulder. that is something to bear in mind, different brands have different shapes
  18. the bumper is a different shape so i dont know how practical its going to be to mod them in, by the time you've managed it you may aswell have changed the bumper. the ones in the vid shown use the cheaper imported chrome side reflectors rather than the official nissan white ones
