the car in the first picture is a pre 06 car just a different angled picture. the orange reflectors are on both pre and post 06. on the post 06 they face forward and on the pre they face sideways. The bright orange you see is the stock look. They can be changed (and commonly are) for smoked orange or clear. you can also paint them. contact Chilli Red for clear ones also they came as an option on JDM cars as LED ones with 6 LED's and a silver backing.

this could be done but would require laser cut parts increasing cost. I can do this but i wouldnt be surprised if people dont want to pay more than £25 for it...

NB: OEM is 4700k i believe EDIT: (4700 not 47, my zero key was playing up)

6000k at the most is my personal preference, beyond this not only does it start getting frustrating for other drivers but your visibuility is actually reduced. 6000k should give you a white look, going below this so it has a tint of yellow will get you the best visibility (OEM).

can't say i have ever seen anything like this before. As mentioned the rear strut Z will most likely reflect in the window but that's up to you. Could be hooked to the brake lights, but again, would spoil night visibility when you brake. The front and rear nissan badges, in what way would you want them lit? what would they be hooked to? I think it would end up looking a bit odd, especially at night but again its personal choice.
