  6. Hi everyone, Thought I'd make this post count and take the opportunity to introduce myself as a new trader to the forum. Akari Designs are focussed on style, aesthetics & ergonomics in the 350Z & 370Z. So many people requested help or services based on the modifications I have enjoyed doing to my own car it seemed a natural step to move to being a trader. There are a few projects to be revealed in the near future in the areas of; Wheels - Akari Designs is currently in talks to become the first supplier of a particular brand in the UK. Exhausts - A unique unit being designed and prototyped at this moment. Lighting - Custom upgrades will be available for headlights, rear lights and also interior lighting. One of the services I am excited about offering is bespoke design of parts & features for the 350Z &370Z. If there is an idea you have or a feature you want on your 350z, Akari Designs will work with you to produce a viable design you are happy with and manufacture it through professional means to achieve high quality results. Feel free to PM me to discuss your ideas in confidence. Don't worry, questions are still free So, watch this space and see what goodies we come up with... In the mean time I have posted below some examples of work already completed. Cheers, John

  11. the trader fee is so cheap you would make the money back real quick mate I'm sure there are more than enough people who would want some nice pictures of their cars and especially at meets! where are you located?
  12. there are very few people with the motorised lid i'm afraid so you may struggle

  16. hmmm the release bearing is a common issue where it sounds like a cement mixer when the clutch is up but when depressed it goes away. not sure about it going away once you start driving, mine does it all the time. some are louder than others. Its nothing majorly harmfull just annoying.
  17. and the most important bit is the join from midpipe to backbox.
  18. yes you can get it coated. i think buried in alexz's progress thread there should be a point where he coted the bottom fo the car. i think there was someone else who sandblasted and then recoated it also, hit the search button. something to do with wax.
